After the heavy rains in Phoenix this summer, we discovered a termite tunnel in our garage and immediately sent out requests for service. We had received numerous quotes from different Valley companies and our last visit was by Jonathan Logan of Bill's Pest and Termite. Mr. Logan arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection. He was, in fact, the only inspector to find a second tunnel in the back yard. He explained the options clearly and gave us the peace of mind that even though there was evidence of termites, that these were considered the less evasive of the types.We scheduled service for October 28th, and Michael showed up on time, was very friendly and completed the service in about an hour. He was also able to find another termite tunnel that was missed during inspection. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and my garage looks cleaner now than when he started. He even left me with a dustpan (by accident). The holes drilled were very small and expertly filled again with concrete.The price was ideal and I can already hear the termites packing their bags and heading for the neighbors. I would definitely recommend Copper State to any of my family or friends,very satisfied with his work and was very professional coming in and out my house . Yes it's a small business but he does and offers what the big guys offer for their services and do have to say his prices are reasonable. Just like the big guys the work is guaranteed was very surprised how many bugs,insects etc.. I found the next day very satisfied with the work and if I have any further pest problems I know who to call.

Have used for a few years. Always on time if not early for my scheduled monthly appointments. Very nice and accommodating to reschedule when I’ve left my gates locked. They do outside spraying but inside insects are almost none. Maybe a scorpion once or twice a year. I was usually seeing about 2-3 per month.

Seth responded to my email I had sent the night before, the very next morning. He setup a time for me to meet with Chris the same day and worked with my hectic work schedule. I was able to leave work on time and was going to be at home early and it just so happens Chris said he could meet me at the earlier time as well. Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. This is the most reliable pest control company in phoenix. They are always on time and do a very thorough job. We have not had any issues with bugs since using them.

We love Conrad! He does an amazing job spraying and I never see bugs alive in the house! He is very thorough and so polite. We are currently moving but once we get our new house built we will be calling him before we move in! We love Anteater. They have an easy to use website to set up appointments and pay bills as well. We had two previous exterminators come and I would see live bugs in the house not even a week after they sprayed. Not the case with Anteater! They also give us a couple glue traps to place around the house. Fair prices and great work! They also have always been able to get our appointment in the time frame we request. Thanks guys!
