I had remarkable service. Lisa scheduled a time, not a window, which was great. I called one afternoon and she was here the next day. She was very knowledgeable. The service person showed up on time and did an excellent job. He explained the entire procedure and did exactly what was expected. They also cleaned up all areas when they were done. I would highly recommend this company. Also, their rates are much lower than the larger companies I had called.

Alex promptly fit me into his schedule when my kitchen had a sudden ant infestation. He was comforting and knowledgeable, asking a lot of questions to try to understand the root cause. Also he assured me that the products used are pet friendly, which is extremely important to me. He was patient and took time to make sure he addressed all my concerns, treated my house and yard today, and then we also came up with a game plan moving forward. I have Watts Pest Prevention stop by every other month. They take pride in what they do. I have called asking questions about bees that were in a bush next to the house and I called another time because I found a scorpion on the sticky pad in my garage. Both times when I called, Mark answered my questions and tough me a little bit more about these pests. I highly recommend Watts Pest Prevention. They are always polite and willing to go the extra mile.

Was getting decent service for a few months. Asked them to come back out for a respray due to finding a scorpion in the bedroom closet and payed extra for the scorpion spray.

The technician that was scheduled... Not very friendly and no customer service skills.

Off to find another pest control company.

Always on time and professional

We've had a termite bond with this company since we bought our home 18 years ago. The property was trenched and retreated last year. We recently discovered termites in the house. While Sexton did treat the area, they also said we had not provided access to the interior of the garage and/or hadn't paid for that level of treatment. We were never asked to provide access or told it was needed. I asked the technician to inspect the attic area for damage, but he declined. I do not trust this company to protect our property.
