Anthony, the pest control specialist that treated my house, was also friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond making sure my home was treated correctly the first time. I use them for Maintenance of insects. I have had a scorpion and other small insects in the house. They always come out when I call them to exterminate again. The exterminator I had today was fantastic he did every square inch of the house and he did all around the outside of the house set up a trap for flies clean the traps that I have in the house. I couldn’t ask for better service today. Will definitely keep using them

Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? Paid the 2400 for the heat treatment. They started at 9a.m. when I came home at midnight there was still afew running around. Seen afew of the tiny ones that are almost clear....and about 6 med size. I'm no expert but for 2400 was hoping to at less see the bugs dead and MAYBE eggs hatch latter. Let's see if they come right back out in the next 24 hours. Keep in mind we have to pay for a room to sleep in tonight and maybe more nights if they don't come right back .Hopefully they're professional enough to reimburse us for that or at least come right back and reheat the house, or provide another service to something else. As of RIGHT NOW they get one star. And yes house was set up and carpet was even pulled.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and wanted to make certain that we were completely satisfied with the service he provided. This is such a rarity in today's world. He was very courteous and professional. My lab, Findlay loved him! He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
