Best Common Pest in Phoenix AZ

Gary notified me he was running ahead of schedule and asked me if it was ok to arrive early. He was very efficient, through and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and treatment to me and he wasted no time in getting started. Bills Pest and Termite really employees a great team of professionals, from the quoting to the treatment, everything was first class. I could not be happier with the experience. I will definitely refer my friends and neighbors to Bills Pest and Termite.

Blue Sky a professional company that's on time and provides great customer service. I have used Blue Sky for several years for outside routine maintenance. They do a great job keeping the scorpions and other critters out of the house.

Insectek has been to my house twice now. We were having lots of trouble with scorpions in our yard and coming into our house. Both visits were by their technician Eric. He did a very thorough job of treating the outside perimeter of our house and block wall. He is also an Arizona native and is very knowledgeable about the local critters. We were counting over twenty scorpions a night outside using a blacklight flashlight. Within a few days after the first treatment, we could not find any live scorpions outside. I would highly recommend Insectek to anyone with pest control issues. I also work at a family business and Insectek has been very helpful with treating termites there. Two thumbs up!

They we're all absolutely spectacular. The gentleman who did the inspection was timely, quick, and extremely friendly. He even explained how we might be able to spot pests in the future. The gentleman who did the treatment was very kind, and super fast! I think they took care of our whole house in less than an hour! We love this family owned business, and we will definitely be using them in the future and have already recommended them to our neighbors!

The company is good, but their employee who checks the outdoor traps is horrible. He'll call and leave a message when he's going to stop by, waits for no response, then shows up whether or not you are home. Our backyard traps have not been checked for 3 years due to this behavior. That's not customer service.

We have been using Fromms Pest Control for years. They always provide top notch, timely and professional service. We recently purchased a home on 5 acres, and were told the previous owners had a scorpion problem. Fromms came right out, serviced our new property and we haven't had any problems. Jose Maldonado came to my home on Wednesday to take care of a large infestation of bees. He arrived earlier than was scheduled and was more than helpful and professional. He explained to me what he was planning to do and then what I should do to followup. I cannot say enough about his courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. He did a great job!

Adam is AMAZING. I just started using his services as I just moved from apartment living into our first home in Gilbert. I had seen some activity and was terrified and each time he has been out he has been EXTREMELY informative, professional and provides the utmost customer service. He is always very punctual, if not early, and has amazing communication skills. I honestly just wanted to spray a couple times and call it good, but because of his customer service I want to make sure to help support this small business and refer him to whoever needs help!

Very professional service, came on time. Tech was friendly and informative. Everything done methodically and done well. Friends of ours used Aptive when they lived in Arizona few years ago, and highly reccomend them. Reasonably priced, we now look forward to no more scorpions in the house!

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

Awesome company who knows how to treat bugs! They stand behind their work and will do anything necessary to make customers happy. Great prices and great product. Thank you for awesome service and keeping my home and pets safe !
