When we discovered we had a termite problem I had several companies do inspections and estimates for us. Bills was the most professional and informative, and the estimate was one dollar more than the previous estimates. Jonathan arrived on time for the inspection and detailed every step of the process for me (his attitude really sealed the deal). Michael was the technician who did the treatment. He was also on time, very nice and extremely detail oriented. Thank you for such great service. Been using them a while for regular pest service.. had an unfortunate incident happen at our house recently and they have been fantastic. Chad one of the owners came out gave us a solution... Damien found the problem and has been amazing at giving advice and talk through situations.. and Hyrum and Jake have been great too. Special shout out to Damien again... really made me feel like he cared about our problem.Overall this company hires good people.. and their good at their job. Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

First off, I called and was so impressed we got same day service which is amazing! Eric showed up and was wonderful! He even stayed late to dust our back wall to help get rid of scorpions. He was so informative and thorough! So pleased with our experience and will definitely being requesting Eric again! ☺️ Overall so so happy with this company!!

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!
