Bill's has competitive rates but shines in their workers. The two I dealt with were Nova and Paulina. Nova took my call to schedule my first appt. Paulina showed up at my door to do the extermination work. The ladies were both kind and knowledgeable. My three dogs fell in love with Paulina, and that says a lot to me. I'm extremely pleased with Bill's and look forward to a long relationship with them for our preventative bug extermination.

Bob at Blue Sky Pest Control was so reassuring and helpful when we weren't getting clear answers from our apartment building about bugs we were finding in our home. Luckily, we called Bob for a second opinion, we emailed him some photos and he promptly steered us in the direction to take care of the problem. They were absolutely the best! I was freaking out when my son said he thought we had termites because our window trim in the house we recently painted was deteriorating.I immediately called Urban Desert Pest Control and spoke to Emily. She was great and got us scheduled right away and accommodated our busy schedule as well.Chad came out and did the inspection and was super informative and explained everything to us. He showed us where the termites were entering and explained exactly what we needed to do to get rid of them.Julian & Dax came to our house, again in just a couple days of our first call and worked around our schedule. Easy to schedule, quick and friendly service at a great price

Alex was so amazing when my husband and I hired him to service our home. I am TERRIFIED of anything creepy crawly and Alex was on time, even slightly early (kept me informed the whole time on his way), and not only did he spray and evaluate the active bug areas but he also explained to my husband things we can do to watch out for and increase or to do to avoid altogether! He’s definitely not your average pest control company! Highly recommend Alex for all of your pest management needs!

The Burns guy shows up on schedule every month and is in and out of my place within 10 minutes. Haven't seen an insect yet (knocking on wood here.)

Have had great service from Arizona Exterminator, who recently became Western Exterminator. Had service recently with new technician after routes were re-arranged. I am not getting the quality of service like the previous tech. I still hear crickets in the yard, which can be food for scorpions. We try extensively to keep the scorpions outside the home but this may not be possible if the crickets issue cannot be addressed. This may just be a co-incidence that the crickets are not being dealt with appropriately. It could be the weather that has hatched more crickets that usual.

We began using Mastertech services for our pest control last year and have had excellent service during each treatment visit. The representative Zach is extremely professional and knowledgeable re: pest control issues in the Phoenix valley-we know because as transplants to the area we have had to ask lots of questions.
