Michael the technician was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time with the treatment and made sure to clean up when he was finished. New to Arizona, we had no idea about pest control, Brad was amazing, explained everything and took the time to answer any questions we had. Setting up an appointment was easy and they even send you a reminder when you are due for a spray with no pressure to set up an appointment. We have now used Brad twice, once when we moved into the house and again for upkeep, each time Brad is pleasant, takes his time, and is very thorough. We cannot say enough good things about Brad and Urban Desert Pest Control. We definitely recommend Brad to everyone who is looking for Pest Control!

We have been a customer of Green Home Pest Control the past six months and they have been awesome. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I had to.We have had an ongoing Roach issue the past few months which is not fun and the team at Green Home Pest Control has been great about coming out in between our service dates as we are trying to figure out where the roaches are coming from.They don't give me a hard time and stick to their guarantee that if the issue continues and they have to come out before our normal service date that the visit is no cost. Each time they come out they are being more and more diligent about trying to figure out what is going on and I am confident they will get to the root of the problem. All the service people are very knowledgeable. Overall it has been a great experience.

Tyler is expert in his business, very personable, and ALWAYS dependable. He has made the unpleasant experience of ridding the house of invading rodents manageable. Rodents die at the most inopportune times — and he comes ASAP to solve the problem. I recommend him highly!

I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.
