They came as a referral from my regular pest control company to treat termites. Steven (owner)quickly answered my call and they responded quickly. Chad, the other owner, came out and gave me a fair quote to treat my entire house so I didn't have to worry about treating the one section where I spotted the termite activity just to miss other areas where they could be hiding under my house. They came out two days later and Tino Kyler, the technician, arrived early and got to work. They were fast, and did a great job. We had a small issue with a migratory bug, that seemed to be gone by the time Alex came out, but we wanted to have prevention from anything coming around my home in the near future. Alex was recommended to me and I had a great experience as he was thorough before and after the treatment around my home. Great attitude and focused on making sure we felt value in the service. Pretty great!

They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I really don't think they know what they are doing. They made the issue worst then what it was before they treated. Please don't waste your time or money with them.

This is the first time we used Action Termite and were very pleased with their service and work for treating termites. The inspection report and quote was very detailed and the sales rep Jason called and explained the process. The technician Bill arrived on time, was very competent in his work and did exactly what they said they would do for the termite treatment. He worked diligently for 2.5 hours, filled in all drilled holes and cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely use them again.

He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away. Look no further! This team of folks will take care of so don't even look any further, honestly. Every time I reach out to them I get an immediate response from them. I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.
