The Beekeeper Total Bee Control - Phoenix Bee Removal

Bees decided to set up their home inside the exterior wall of my garage. I chose The Beekeeper because of their testimonials and humane approach for handling bee removal. Every time I called to schedule an appointment, Cheri would get back to me within an hour and had me scheduled within the next 48 hours.

While it took the team a few times to track down the honeycomb, they didn't charge me for subsequent visits and were always very thorough in their checks. Jake was my primary technician and I can't say enough great things about him. He was extremely courteous, respectful, and helpful in explaining the action plan for removing the comb. While I was bummed that we had to exterminate the bees as the queen was just not accessible, we had to take that course as they were starting to disturb my neighbors and were attacking my landscapers. I had the option to leave the honeycomb in the wall, but when Jake explained that the honey could eventually rot the wall and/or attract unwanted critters, I decided to have him extract...and boy am I glad I did (see the pics)!

Jake and Marino did a great job in restoring the stucco...I can't even tell that there was any work done to my exterior!

I called The Beekeeper this afternoon, they came out THE SAME DAY. The bees were in a tricky location underneath a Sea Container. Initially, we'd planned to lift the container so they could get eyes on it, then reconvene later and complete the removal. Blake got it all done today and did not have to kill the bees. I am super impressed with this company and the service they gave us. 5 stars!

We had a new bee hive created over night. We thought they were going to leave but then loved to too much to go. Tyler came out same day and removed all the bees so he could take them elsewhere. Very happy with this experience.

I called to have a passing honey bee hive relocated from our neighborhood. They came out within 2 hours and were able to successfully capture the hive, alive, and relocate it to a less populated area. They were also the most affordable for this service.

This hive came like air raid out of the desert and scared us as we were enjoying Easter Sunday. The BEEKEEPER again rescued us and the man that came was Oscar Acevedo who took the time to give us options and plans. In no time at all he had rescued the majority of bees into to boxes but as you can see behind the plaque was above the bees with the queen behind it along with tons of other bees! Oscar was careful with the plants growing under it so that he would not step on anything but had to spray the rest of the bees. He communicated very well and was a pro. Found bees in my house Friday night. Found a 2' wide hive under the overhang of my roof. Called my normal pest control company, which was responsive and came out first thing Saturday morning. However the problem was too much for them and they suggested I find a beekeeper. Called this company at 9 am and they had someone at my house at noon. He explained the situation and the process. Turns out the removal was more difficult than expected because he didn't expect the hive to be so developed. Because he didn't disclose the additional cost upfront he didn't try to upcharge me. Fast service. Excellent explanation. Thoroughly completed job. Highly recommended.

The bees had been killed off several months before it was noticed that honey was running out close to the ground. The BeeKeeper was called and they removed approximately 200lbs of hive and honey from inside my garage wall. After the removal, the hole was patched and they took the time to match the paint. The patch was great. These men had to work in a small tight space and the temperature was over 110 degrees. I would not hesitate to recommend The BeeKeeper.

When it comes to bees, a specialist like The Beekeeper is the way to go. This comes from having dealt with two hives and three companies. The first company was a different bee specialist who did a thorough and humane removal.

The second company was a generic pest control company. Not my ideal choice, but due to time crunch, they were the first call made by my family as they had also dealt with our termites. While they responded extremely quickly to our emergency—the bees were discovered less than two days before a trip—they did an incomplete removal and cleanup job (and unfortunately much, much less humane). When we returned from the trip, it was to melted honey dripping down our walls, down the roof, and onto our driveway in little sticky puddles and drips.

The third company was The Beekeeper: Total Bee Control. Not only did they respond quickly, Marino (with The Beekeeper) did a thorough and knowledgeable job, not only of removal of the remnants of the hive and the cleanup and neutralization of the runs of melted honey but also of prevention with the installation of steel wool behind the attic vents which had allowed the hive into our attic in the first place. I learned that as the bees die as they did with the generic pest control company, the honeycomb is no longer kept cool by bee activity and if not entirely removed, the remnants melt in the heat.

Russ W came out to our home 7-28-15 to take care of two hives we've had in our backyard for over a year (because I was hesitant to kill the bees). We are getting ready to sell our home, so the bees had to go. I called that Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment and Russ came early in the evening the same day. He looked at our issue, said it'd be no problem to handle the job and then quoted me $200 LESS than a different company who said it would take two guys to manage our problem. Once I agreed to the cost, Russ suited up and took care of the bees in less than 5 minutes. Called Beekeepers for a second opinion to my boss' home when they found bees 2 days before a big party. The first company said they would have to tear out walls and quoted them thousands of dollars. Carlos came out within 2 hours, he found that these bees weren't even the kind the other company said they were and there was no need to tear out walls. I would see wasps flying up into the eaves by my front door and the little stinkers would join me in my pool, which was a situation I was not happy about. Swarm of bees showed up in my yard and made a home outside our master bedroom. I tried the DIY stuff I found online with no luck. I was referred to the beekeeper by a neighbor. I called in the late evening and to my surprise they answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning, it was not an emergency. Technician showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to save the bees and relocate them to a honey farm. Gave me a 90 day guarantee they would not return. Great experience and glad they didn't have to kill them.

I found a hive with thousands of bees on a Friday afternoon and called the Beekeeper at 5:30pm. I was told that someone would be out within the hour and he was here within 45 minutes.
Russ was very knowledgeable and polite. He checked the situation and explained what he was going to do to handle it. The Beekeeper Bee Removal is the best! James came out right away and found a bee hive in our backyard drip system compartment. He was able to save hundreds of the bees, taking them outside city limits and releasing them. We were out of town, so he took pictures for us and sent them, without us even asking. Great customer service! Was told the technician would show between 2-3 pm and Carlos M. was here 1.5 hours earlier. Very polite, quick and knowledgeable too. Despite the late post, I'm extremely pleased with the service from The Beekeeper in Phoenix. Russ W. was sent to our home on 11/20/15 to investigate a bee that made its way into the house. He spent a good amount of time investigating whether there was a hive before determining it was a rogue bee. On 6/18 Russ came out to my house to help out with bees that had burrowed into one of our trees. Before starting his work, Russ let me know what his plan was and what steps I needed to take to make sure my family and pet would be safe. As a courtesy, he also checked out other areas in case the bees had migrated. Russ was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I'd recommend the company as a whole, but if Russ helps you, you won't be disappointed.

We have used the Beekeeper many times over the years and every time they have excellent and the fees are always fair. Russ W. has come to our rescue once again after a giant swarming ball of Africanized bees decided to homestead over our garage. As always, Russ was fast, thorough and professional. Russ always cleans up completely and treats his clients with respect, which we greatly appreciate. As far as we are concerned, there is no better choice.

We had beekeepers out to take care of bees that had burrowed in through our stucco walls. They already had a guy in the area and Brandon showed up within 20 minutes. He promptly drilled a few small holes, dispensed the proper chemical into the walls, and the bees were dead, or fled and did not return, with a few days. He also took pictures inside of the wall to show us how big the hive had gotten and provided us a quote to have it removed and the wall patched up again.

We opted to do the grunt work ourselves since the bees were dead so he gave us instruction on how to remove the hive and honey.

I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a bee situation; best to aire on the side of caution and consult a professional.

Just received fabulous service from Marino at The Beekeeper. Our problem was not simple. The bees had gone unnoticed for for quite some time so the hive had to be removed from the inside wall of our home. This required several visits to destroy the bees, remove the hive (20 pounds of greasy gook!), and repair the wall of the house that had to be cut into remove the bee hive. Everything is good as new and our neighbors and us are safe. Sorry Marino had to endure some stings, though. As my husband said, He is a brave man. I highly recommend The Beekeeper to anyone with a bee problem.

Excellent customer service! I called on Saturday regarding a very large hive in our block wall. They were very curtious and professional over the telephone without any sells pitch! I was given an appointment for the very next day, SUNDAY. They called me on Sunday morning to give me an update for arrival (more great customer service). Brandt arrived ON TIME and did an AMAZING job!! From start to finish, this company and their employees exemplified extrordanary customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I noticed a few dead bees in our house daily for a few days and found a honeycomb on our roof. I called our current pest control company and they said they could take care of it. Cost would be $175. The bees went away for a month then came back. They came out again to take care of it again but one month later I came home one night and found more dead bees than I had ever seen in the house.

Fed up with my current pest control people, I called the beekeeper at 9pm. Expecting to get a voicemail, instead they answered the phone and said they would have someone there at 8 am the next day. They came as promised, explained that they needed to expose part of the outside wall to remove the honey comb which was a few feet long and had probably been there almost 8 months. The bees had made a hole that gave them direct access to our house - that is why we were seeing so many. They killed the bees and removed the honeycomb, The next day, their repair person came to fix the hole and did a wonderful job. I have not seen a single dead bee since. It cost almost $1000, but it was worth it to get the job done correctly as the bees had caused damage to the house. I was so impressed by the quick and thorough response and solution to the problem. I wished I had called the Beekeeper first. Thanks Beekeeper!

Came home yesterday afternoon the find a huge swarm of bees right around our front door, terrified my children and I ran around back and went through the back door, I called my husband in a panic but then went online searching for bee removal and found The Beekeeper. They were very kind on the phone, calmed me down and told me they could be out first thing the next morning. Jim arrived promptly at 6:30 am, he was also very kind and professional and assured me he would take care of the problem. Half an hour later all the bees are gone and Jim told me how to seal things up so no more will be back. They are also very reasonably priced and I'm happy to no longer be a prisoner in my home. We finished eating dinner and my son decided to go out and play with the dogs. Within minutes a huge swarm of bees filled our back yard and we called to our son and the dogs to come inside. We saw that the swarm was all over one of our trees so we immediately called The Beekeeper Total Bee Control Inc at 7:10pm. The man who answered said they would be at my home between 8pm and 9pm. I called them back at 9:30pm when they still had not shown. He stated that he would call the driver and find out where he is. It is now 11:09pm and they still have not shown up nor called me back with an update. I would not recommend them to anyone. I work for a 24/7 emergency company and this kind of customer service would put us out of business.

I had a very positive experience. Before I even met Russ in person, I noticed immediately how courteous he was over the phone. He had the same respectful demeanor in person. The bee problem I had was 35' above the ground. Russ accessed the area from an upstairs deck. He had no fear of heights and did an excellent job. No bee problem since. Thank you Russ....

I called to have live bee removal, and Sam came by promptly the very next day. He was punctual, and efficient. He outlined the process very simply, and did a very fast and thorough job. I am extremely happy with the results, and will be recommending The Beekeeper any chance I get.

We had a bee infestation on the side of our house on the garage side between the wall and were told by this company that the only way they could completely get rid of the bees is if we paid at minimum $1000 to rip out the hive in our garage wall or the bees would keep coming back. We paid $180 for them to make the bees angry and they never went away they also said it was a long process to get rid of them(lies). He never got rid of the queen. We finally called our local exterminator because the neighbor called the city on us knowing that it was 'a long process' (told to us by this company, another lie)but the neighbor wanted them gone NOW. Our local exterminator came and now the bees are completely gone for only $125 and he told us that ripping open the wall is not necessary and apologized to us for the terrible experience we had with this company. Do not fall for this company and their lies. They only want your money. Thank God for our local exterminator!

When I discovered bees in my bathroom and heard the buzzing outside the bathroom window, I was a tad panicked. I contacted the company and spoke to Russ. Russ is professional, positive, prompt, and kind. He defines integrity. He identified the problem, established a solution, educated me about the scout bees and the action I can take to reduce any future entry into the foundation, etc. He genuinely cares about his customer. I received a call from a tenant that bees were appearing in their office. Having worked with The Beekeeper for years we knew to call right away before they swarm. The friendly gentleman that answered the phone said they had a tech in the area and they would send him right over. Right over, indeed. Nick Sofranac appeared on site just as I finished telling the tenant what was going on.

Nick surveyed the site inside and out. Determined the source of the problem, worked is magic and even the squashed the remaining bees inside....with his thumb (yikes!).

Saw a small cluster of bees hovering and going in and out of an unfinished area of the patio roof. Wasted no time looking up emergency bee removal, read a few reviews and called. Carlos was here within a half hour and to my great relief, there was no hive. However, he said there was a good chance they were scouting the location and a hive could have developed in short order. He sprayed to keep them from lingering in and around the area and advised we seal the opening. He also gave me some quick bee education that further put my mind at ease. Had I not had someone come out, my stress level and wondering what if there was a hive up there would have been unbearable. Better safe than sorry, and peace of mind is priceless.

Courtesy and fast. They came out the next day. Confirmed it had comb and then when I said they could keep their home he took the really heavy frog planter they had turned into a hug hive and gave them a safe home! My mom referred me because she has used them many times with great results as well!

My fiance called me frantic about having bees in the house so I found The Beekeepers info through a recommendation and talked to Russ over the phone. I was not home and my fiance left so Russ was nice enough to drop by my house and look for any signs of bees while I was on my way home. Thankfully he didn't see any signs but he gave me tons of tips and information on what to look for and how to prevent them from coming in my house in the future. Thanks to our great technician, James T. out interaction with a huge swarm of bees ended happily but not necessarily for the bees. In short, James appeared in timely manner and efficiently removed the swarm which decided to reside in our home. I initially reviewed this service with a less than 5 start review due to some miscommunication with one of the technicians from the company. I was contacted by a representative of the company who explained that there was a new employee who was uninformed about the procedure and took full responsibility for not training that individual. I was offered a full refund of the service, but felt that was too much as there was a service performed to get rid of the bee problem which worked, if only for a short time. We both spoke about it and I accepted a partial refund. I was also given some additional tips for my yard that I am going to try out. I would recommend them for service as long as the customer is fully informed of what is included with the service.

Marino was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Explained the problem and steps need to remove the bees in laymans terms, so that I could fully understand the process. He also took pictures of everything he did, in additional to physically showing me the massive amounts of honeycomb he removed. Great company and service!

Russ came at 8pm to take care of the bee infestation. Returned the next day to clean out the hives in our attic crawl space. Polite, courteous and called if he wasn't going to make the quoted time frame. Would call them again.

Scott arrived at my home in under an hour, dealt with my bees, and answered my dozens of questions with a smile. I had no idea how to deal with a bee situation but there wasn't any guesswork involved in the transaction. Price was fair, service was excellent. Buyer beware! $165.00 Service charge to treat bees. Scott told us if it didn't exterminate all the bees the first time call us back in two weeks and I will retreat. Read your service agreement it's not free, your have to pay again! They wanted $1200 to remove hive if nothing wierd happens?? Bad business.

The Beekeeper Technician performed wasp removal services Tuesday, August 9 @ approximately 9:00am.

The service was performed on two (2) large palm trees in my front yard approx. 30 & 40 ft in height which both had multiple Wasp nests. The service took a little over an hour for all of the multiple nests on both trees. My observation was that this is a tedious process for all the various nest locations.

I've got to admit that this technician has patience, patience, patience in order to perform the (what appeared to be a 2-part process)
due diligence process required to eradicate each and every nest hidden in and under the large old and new palm leaves.

I highly recommend using Mr. Marino @ The Beekeeper for the efficient and thorough eradication of wasps & bees.

Mr. Marino did not hesitate one second to give me his phone number for follow-up prior to tree trimming in the next 6 days should I notice any activity of wasps back the trees. So far........NO WASPS..........!

Carlos M came out and squeezed into a really tough place to treat the hive. Even I couldn't fit in there! He was very effective and the problem there was solved. As we stood in the driveway signing the documents, we looked up and found another hive in drain scupper on the roof. This hive was huge and Carlos patiently treated it. So far the bees are gone from that hive as well with no return of the bees. Great job!

Both Nick and Carlos have been out to my house to help control the bees. I live across the street from the desert and have been battling bees and wasps for awhile. Once I found The Beekeeper, I have reclaimed my pool and backyard. The guys were very nice, knowledgable, and professional.

Bees in the wall. I had sealed them in for a week, but more of their buddies came every day trying to get in. 1000's of them. Guess I sealed the live queen in with them. A call and 2 hours later Russ was here. We dickered about a price and he went to work. Did exactly what needed to be done. Knows his stuff. Fast, Clened up after himself and charged me a fair price for his work. Cannot ask for better than that.

These guys were great. Took care of a bee hive that had gotten up under my stucco. Scott did a great job explaining everything to me along the way and Dan did a great job patching up the hole. Hopefully I never need to use these guys again but I would if I got some more bees.

Had them out about two weeks ago with great results, speedy response, and great customer service.

I called them out same day service on a Sunday for bees all over my backyard and citrus trees. I thought there was a hive. Luckily no hive but they sprayed my backyard and bees cleared up next dY so I could get my yardwork done safely! 100%recomend them

We have had 2 separate bee issues at our property in the past month. The Beekeeper is always on time and efficient in what they do. We will continue using them.

On the phone, they said they charge $175 to remove wasps nest in attic using a camera to located and remove. In reality, all the guy did was spray the opening they were going in and out. That they charged $175 (and then also said no guarantee, which they didn't say on the phone).

This gentleman was move enough to come to my house to give me an estimate to remove the bees on my property and quoted me over a $1000.00..... when I told him his price was way out of line, he told me to do it right that's how much it is.... it just so happened that day my neighbor had his pest removal at his house. I went across the street to talk to the woman who was there who by the way owned the company. She did the job for $150, put her beekeeper outfit on to be safe and removed the honeycomb from the tree stump it was in without harming the bees. Gone! And I didn't get ripped off....
