This company was very professional and thorough. The scheduling was very flexible. My technician, Casey Gartner, provided excellent service. He explained the process and did a complete walk through as part of his estimate. When he performed the treatment, he was polite and very courteous. My husband did his due diligence when it came to researching pest control companies for termite prevention. We ended up using Urban Desert and couldn’t be more pleased! Brad, the owner came out and did the inspection himself and spent quite a bit of time explaining the process and chemical used in the application. He’s been been doing this a long time and it showed. Matt, Jared and Erik came out a week later for the application. They were friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company! You can be sure whatever your needs are, it will be done correctly!

This is not your big-brand pest control company that is worried solely about numbers, as Josh takes the time to explain everything he does and why he is doing it. I have never felt pressured into any unnecessary sale or service as Josh is always professional and fully transparent on what is or isn't possible. Before every service interval I receive a text message from Josh letting me know my appointment is a few days out and I also receive a text message the day of! Talk about great communication. He has always been on time and never late for a single appointment.

Having done business with Josh and his company for a little under a year now, I feel safe in saying that I have noticed a great reduction in the bugs that were initially showing up inside my home. Josh even found anthills in my backyard that went totally unnoticed by me previously and essentially eradicated them in short order. I can’t say enough good things about Insectek. In my experience, they are the gold standard when it comes to being on time and professional. None of that 12pm to 5pm “service window” that we all dislike. They provide you with a service time and actually show up at the exact time of your appointment. They also call if they are going to be early to see if that works for you. The technicians are always polite, efficient, and will take care of any pest issues. We have been customers for years and recommend them to our friends often. I wish more companies would follow their lead. Great company and great service.
