Best Bug Control in Phoenix AZ

I’ve worked with Bill’s a few times through the years and have been highly satisfied. From getting questions answered when calling for the appointment, to the service technicians coming into my home and explaining the process, everyone has been professional, knowledgeable and even sympathetic (I mean, dealing with termites - ugh!). I can’t say enough good things about Cody, who completed the service this time. Class act!

Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

Great company. Been using their services for over 10 years. Always communicate well and are prompt on their service. Not a fan of chemical agents thus we chose AZ Organic years ago, been with ever since, no issues…….or pests. Colton my tech is awesome, knowledgeable, and addresses any concerns I may have. Good dude. Highly recommend both him and AZ Organic for a chemical free effective pest control.

I couldn't be happier, with Nick, both professionally and personally, after having used two other Pest Control services in the past, without good nor ethical results. (I asked one not to use rat glue traps in my attic, due to the torturous aspect. He ignored my request! The result was haunting.)

Professionally:
Nick answered my call regarding a massive cricket issue, which I thought might entail tearing open a wall. Anyone else might have taken advantage of my ignorance. Nick did not. He answered the call immediately, came to my home, within a few days, sprayed and explained how it works. 3 1/2 weeks later, I noticed a third cricket, pointed out by my cat. I called Nick. He came out and sprayed again, at no extra charge.

Now, nearly 3 months later, I have seen NO CRICKETS.

I wanted to wait a couple months and then kept forgetting to write this review. Then, while listening to a recording of an educational phone call, I heard a loud recurrence of cricket invasion and thought OH NO, NOT AGAIN!
It was not a recurrence ! The recorded call , was about 3 months ago and was done prior to Nick's visit. I could barely hear the recorded speaker over the sound of the crickets!! It was only a recording!
STILL NO CRICKETS!

Personally: I have taken off work, numerous times, for various job quotes. (Pest control, handy man, landscapers, electrician, ...) More than not, they did not show. Or, they showed and ripped me off.

Nick, on the opposite side of the spectrum, brought a pleasant combination of ethics and kindness.

I try not to kill animals, even pests. However, if it will bring damage to my home or threaten my family/pets, I will certainly call Nick again!

I went with a previous pest control company because they were cheap and mentioned they would be able to get ride the bed bugs. Cheap price gets cheap work and I still have the issues with bed bugs. After the company failed to get rid of my bed bugs, I had Arizona heat come out for a free inspection, there technician Uriel came out and after a thorough inspection he offered me a reasonable deal with a long term warranty. After the service was completed I can honestly say all the bed bugs are gone and I able to sleep again. There service works and Uriel completed job and you can’t out beat there warranty. Once again I am grateful since dealing with bed bugs was divesting. Would recommend this company!

I've used Moxie for years. They are always so responsive, especially if I text photos of a bug I may find! My technician JR was one of the most helpful yet! He answered all my questions and really had a great attitude! I would highly recommend!

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. This is a business that you can have full confidence in.
