Had a serious scorpion problem with our new home in Paradise valley. Not only was Brad thorough, but he went above and beyond to help us. Our first exterminator just sprayed and left, barely said two words. After researching for an company that had good reviews I came across urban desert. I was truly so impressed by them that I wanted to write one myself. Brad and his wife went out of their way to come and spray tonight, even as a last minute call request. They showed us the scorpions and how they were getting in the house to begin with. It’s too late to call the handy man to come fix the seal on my bedroom window tonight. So the fact that he took the extra time and energy to temporarily tape the gap just so I can sleep without worrying tonight is the reason why I give him 5 stars. If your looking for someone that cares and will get the job done I can assure you urban desert will not disappoint!

We called Insectek a little over a year ago when we found out we had termites. Wayne came out to our house, evaluated our termite problem and gave us a treatment plan. They came back shortly after and completed the work. Wayne also did our monthly service for quite a while. He always shows up with a smile, is friendly and answers all of our questions. Wayne listens to our issues and is very easy to talk to. Just recently we had a termite reoccurrence. Wayne came out within a few days and took care of this issue. He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away.
