Jose and wonderful co-worker were friendly and professional. They explained the process for ridding our property of a wasp nest that had started to form outside our patio door. This would have ruined the summer for my granddaughters and their pool. Luckily these gentleman not only removed it but gave us preventative measures also. Thanks Jose!

I'm Selling my house and i have paid them to Treatment termites To get the transaction going . I Paid Over $1700 after a week I ask for repot to prove there is no termites. And they wouldn't gave me a Report.

Family first is a great company to use! Easy to communicate with and very timely with their response. Always on time to their appointments and even gives us a heads up every time he is with a certain time from the location.. His work is stellar and makes it an easy experience as they come in and spray everything and take away any cob webs if present. Would highly recommend him for anyone to use!

Matt was extremely pleasant and took his time explaining to me where scorpions could more easily enter our house. Our neighbor recommended Insectek for scorpion control, so I am hopeful having them come out regularly will help.

I had a originally called another company for service whom were very nice on the phone. The service manager came out the next day to talk about what type of pests control I needed and he gave me some really great numbers that sounded like a good deal. But, when the time came he couldn't schedule service for 3 wks. . Could only do so many units a day (3) , didn't have the equipment and couldn't answer simple questions. Worst of all; hidden cost that he did not say anything about the first day we spoke.The next day I called Az Heat Pest Control and spoke with Robert he came out the same day, had all 48 units scheduled for inspection in a 3 day time period and no hidden cost anywhere. When I asked him any question he knew what he was talking about ,and was very detailed.We will definitely be using them again for our 6 months pest control inspections and any other pest issues we have in the future.

Racheal H. performed our pest control service and she was extremely polite and professional. She was thorough with the service and asked if we were noticing any other pest problems before she began the treatment. She knocked down any spiderwebs around the exterior and inspected for any hornet nests or other insect problems that may arise. She notified us when she was complete with the service. We want to thank her for the outstanding job she did.

I am not in the habit of reviewing business much but I have to give Kudos to this one. I have been using Trojan for all my pest control and home inspections for several years. I have always found them to be honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.
