Best Termite Inspection And Termite Control in Phoenix AZ

Started with a great initial conversation. Inspector came out quickly and gave a free inspection. then got us scheduled quickly but for some reason no one showed on the treatment date. Called in to figure things out and was offered another time that worked well with my schedule. Although the office staff could not figure out what happened they were pleasent all the same. When the treatment team got to my house they were very polite and effecient. Great company, plan on staying with them.I would like to add that even though i was a cranky customer (newborn baby, lack of sleep, cranky misses due to termites) the professionalism and courtesy shown deserves a 5 star. 4 star is only due to the simple schedule mishap.

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down. Had a tree problem and thought it might be chemicals sprayed for weed control. They brought out an expert to explain and educate us on tree and plant maintenance. Very impressed with actions taken. Would highly recommend Burns.

I have used Josh with Family First Pest Control for a while now. He is always friendly and professional. I had a spider problem and ant problem that he completely eliminated. I like that I can call him anytime between services and he comes out for free! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to get rid of pest.

We have been using Arizona Organic Pet Control for about 4 years. We had a terrible problem with crickets in and around our house. Since they have been treating our house we haven't had a problem. Colton is fantastic. He always calls before our appointment to ask if we are having any problems. He is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We found bedbugs in my daughter's room on Saturday. We immediately called AZ Heat and they came out to my house within a couple of hours. Austin was super awesome and discussed treatment options with me and provided me with a checklist of things I needed to do to get my home ready. By Monday morning, Austin came out and took care of the problem for me and has been readily available to answer any question I come up with. He even provided his cell number! I am very impressed with the professionalism and commitment to ensuring my home becomes bug free. Thank you!!
