Our entire experience with Bill's Pest and Termite has been easy and smooth. When we first met with Johnathan and he inspected our house, he was very through and put our minds at ease. After going over all the details about the termite treatment and the steps necessary, we felt sure that we had made a good choice in picking Bill's to take care of our problem. The technician, Mike, was polite, friendly and really easy to talk to. We had a lot of questions about this and that and the other thing, and Mike answered all of our questions nicely and made us feel at ease with the entire process. After he was done, he cleaned up the work area and left our house in tip top shape. I would recommend Bill's to anyone who has a problem with termites or pests of any sort for that matter. They are on time, on budget, and thorough.

Blue sky has always taken very good care of us but lately they seemed to struggle with getting rid of are ant problem. I have always been happy with blue sky but the last 3 treatments have not help at all in fact worse to day than 9 months ago.They just came to my house yesterday and I complained about the previous treatments have zero effect on them. If they are unable to solve my problem with this treatment I will try some other company.

On time and pleasant

I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

This company is fabulous. Tyler came out on Thanksgiving to get rid of two rats in our attic. Great family owned company totally recommend.

Chad is like having our son come to visit! Besides being thorough, He is so kind to explain everything and very patient with any questions we may have.

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.
