Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? Will is a very reliable, trustworthy, strong hard working young man who gets the job done as quickly as possible. He is focused and honest. He put 2 vanity tops, 3 faucets, a vanity light, 4 towel racks, and hard ware in my bathrooms and kitchen in about 5 1/2 hours. He only charged me for 5 hours because he was taking time to fix my window. He noticed the caulking was loose, and he fixed it without me even having to ask! He is a self- starter who hopes to grow his business and do well in business and in life. He wore a mask and washed his hands. The faucet in the kitchen looked so fantastic, my son actually thought I had upgraded the entire sink. My grandchildren were amazed at how much better the bathrooms looked. He finishes projects professionally, completely as he cleans the work space and removes trash. I have been wanting to do these upgrades since I bought my house almost three years ago. I finally found the right person for the job. I highly recommend Will for your jobs around the house. I wish there we two of him so I could use him for my house in another state but I don’t think he has a twin. Maybe he’ll let me clone him? LOL! TY good Lord for Will! ?

I hired Derek at Keten Maintenance & Repairs to do several jobs at my business, rental property, and my personal residence. Here's why he's the guy for the job:

He's on time, he communicates, he is honest, has a great attitude, and has extremely fair pricing.

1. Punctuality - For years I have had issues with handymen being late and oftentimes not showing up at all. Derek is always right on time and doesn't waste time between tasks. I always feel I get every penny's worth on my projects.

2. Honesty - Derek is 100% transparent with the cost of supplies. He even accompanied me to Home Depot to help me select the right hardware and project items to ensure I didn't overpay or end up getting the wrong items for the job and used several pieces of hardware he already had on his truck at no extra charge.

3. Amazing attitude - I have dealt with handymen in the past that feel their skillset is too advanced for small tasks or basic things I simply don't have the time to do myself. Derek was friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about every project I threw at him, from complex tasks like a custom hinge replacement on a self-closing door at my restaurant to weed removal at my rental property. He was not only happy to help, but was genuinely enthusiastic about adding the work to his day's tasks.

4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

Derek is the prototype for a great repair/maintenance/handy person. Save yourself the frustration of being stood up by other less capable and more expensive people and add him in your contact list.

It took 3 weeks to schedule someone to come do an estimate and then they didn't call or show up. They showed up the next day after hours after I had left for work and then was rude to my wife because I was gone. She told the man to call me but he didn't. And that afternoon they email me saying the service is complete and please give us reviews. Well here is your review. These people are the worst customer service I have seen.

I have used Chris several times for different jobs and always happy with the results. A nice guy who is very knowledgeable.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!
