Great experience. Called for a renewal inspection and they were able to schedule me in for the same week. The inspector called ahead of time on the day of the inspection and as a result was able to arrive earlier. Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained things well which was very helpful especially for someone wanting to know more about termites and their existence. No termites found!!!

I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for about 4 years now. Initially called them out for a large scorpion issue. After speaking with an Owner, we decided to seal the exterior of the home. Ever since had 99% decrease of scorpions inside the home.Big shout out to Jim! Jim has treated my residence several times. Each time he is thorough, diligent, and professional. He shows a big passion for what he does and always puts customer service first. Between scheduled treatments, he happened to be treating a neighbors house. He recognized me as a customer, went out of his way to say hello and ensure we were happy with the prior treatment and asking about any activity. Jim consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we receive proper and good service.Those small gestures, professionalism, and quick responses make this company above many others in the industry.

I became convinced that we had a BB problem and for the last month, could not rest or have peace about it. Everything to me was a sign of an infestation. Spending time online looking for information only fueled my unrest (guys, STAY AWAY FROM THE INTERNET for information. It will make you crazy.) During my internet searches, these guys kept popping up. I read the reviews about their honesty and integrity and finally, this morning, decided to have them come out so I could have answers one way or another. I called around 9:00 AM and Tyler was here by 11:15 AM for the FREE inspection. He looked, explained the process and the signs, and assured me that we DO NOT have BBs. I was so relieved I literally got choked up. (Side note: he clearly is accustomed to dealing with crazies like me. He didn't make me feel stupid and handled my anxiety like a gentleman.) I am so, so pleased with AZ Heat Pest's service. They were quick, informative, reassuring, and completely honest. I will absolutely, 100% recommend them. If you think you have BBs, CALL THEM. Moxie is the BEST! Technicians especially Daniel S today are very knowledgeable & concerned for our satisfaction. Had a surprise visit by a baby scorpion, called customer service who are readily available & eager to please. Sent Daniel out next day in between a regular quarterly visit at no charge and thoroughly spent over a half hr inside & out with extensive application. Highly recommend Moxie now going on our 2nd year together.

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

Such great customer service, and prices are fair! They did amazing work on my rental property. Will definitely recommend and call them for all my control needs!

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.
