Best Pest Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I have had our house treated twice in last 5 years. Their service is excellent. However... yesterday had a treatment done and they forgotto caulk the holes drilled in the expansion joints. Not a big deal, rather than call them back for a 5 minute job I’ll do it myself. I will continue to use their services, they are prompt, polite, and fast.

Outstanding!!! Tony is our technician and he is amazing, friendly and very attentive to our home's needs!! We live right off of a wash with tons of critters hanging out just on the other side of our fence. Yet, we have sooo few issues with Urban Desert! I've only seen 2 scorpions in our 5+ years here and both were already dead. When we moved in, there was a grill that had become inhabited by pack rats and we had to have it completely destroyed and removed. We were concerned what the future would hold for us on this desert wash but have no fear with Urban Desert! No more pack rats or mice!! And if you have pets, our pups are healthy and fine. Urban Desert uses a product that dries quickly and it's easy to keep the pups away in that short time. We also love the owner, Brad, who has come out. We've seen his business grow from when we first moved in and it's for good reason...they offer great services, affordably, safely and reliably!! Highly recommend this company and their staff!!

Cameron with Green Home was great and very professional! He was efficient and made sure he got every area both inside and out of our home. We love having a company we feel safe using around our pets and kids.

They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I really don't think they know what they are doing. They made the issue worst then what it was before they treated. Please don't waste your time or money with them.

Josh took over my pest control several months ago. He takes a comprehensive approach and the results have been a pest free home. I live right up against an arroyo with view fence in my backyard and side yard. You would expect to see all manner of bugs, insects and certainly scorpions. I am happy to report that I never have to kill those bugs because they are not around.

He is always on time and very friendly. He get his work done efficiently and charged a very fair price for the services provided.

Don’t hesitate to give him a ring and start enjoying a bug free home!

Austin was fabulous- I thought I had a bed bug problem and he came out and did an inspection to tell me I did NOT have bed bugs. He suggested a couple of other possibilities that made complete sense to me as well as potential solutions. I highly recommend them (particularly Austin). What a pleasure to find a company that values honesty and integrity. I should add they came out same day, very impressive!

Awesome company!! I had MasterTech treat my home for termites and a year later they called ME to do the yearly warranty termite inspection. Wasn't expecting such great service. Then several month later I stumbled across termite frass (feces) and called them. No questions whether the frass was old or new they promptly came out and re-treated. Great company, worth doing business with them for the peace of mind. Also, Jordan who did the re-treat is a very sweet professional young man.

I’m a lifelong customer! My boyfriend and I realized we had an ant problem that needed to be fixed right away and we called around tons of places that were just way too pricey and wanted to sell us memberships.
We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. We won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly recommend this company!
