The quote was very reasonable. My only complaint is not knowing what time they were coming until late the day before. However they were on schedule and very efficient. The entire 30’ tree was taken down in about an hour. Two guys, a chain saw and another guy chopping up the wood. I was amazed at how fast they worked without dropping branches in my pool or in my neighbors yard. When they were done they cleaned up nicely. The trunk grinder crew came a few days later. They were on time which made me happy because I was going in to work late after they were done. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. My only complaint is the girl on the phone said it would take about 30 mins. Lol it took over an hour and I was later to work than I wanted to be. They shouldn’t say 30 mins when clearly it’s not a 30 min job. Overall I’m very impressed with everything about this company. I highly recommend.

Phoenix Trim a Tree did an amazing job on my chinese elm in my backyard. In addition, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Steven ensured that all branches which entered neighbors yards were removed and did not fail to answer any questions I had. Well worth the money paid and I would gladly use their services again!

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. I was in need of a one-time service. The two young men who came out to my home were on time, polite, very professional, and they did a very thorough job (which was very important to me). I will happily use them again when the need arises.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
