Our entire experience with Bill's Pest and Termite has been easy and smooth. When we first met with Johnathan and he inspected our house, he was very through and put our minds at ease. After going over all the details about the termite treatment and the steps necessary, we felt sure that we had made a good choice in picking Bill's to take care of our problem. The technician, Mike, was polite, friendly and really easy to talk to. We had a lot of questions about this and that and the other thing, and Mike answered all of our questions nicely and made us feel at ease with the entire process. After he was done, he cleaned up the work area and left our house in tip top shape. I would recommend Bill's to anyone who has a problem with termites or pests of any sort for that matter. They are on time, on budget, and thorough.

I live on a golf course and in the fall they over seed. To get the ryegrass to grow they water almost constantly and I end up with huge water bugs. Blue sky came out in the middle of my Service to spray again. They got them all and I am very happy.

He gave us tips on keeping pests away from our house and yard. He was very honest about follow up treatment, we really appreciated that.

Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

Have used Burn's since moving into home in June 2012. Not a bug in sight. Keep up the good work

Benny has treated our house for termites and termite prevention several times and he is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This last visit he went above and beyond by coming out twice after hours to ensure he completed the job prior to our bathroom remodel. Mike Willey is also great as the Service Coordinator. I highly recommend Truly Nolan for termite treatment and prevention.

Josh does an amazing job with extremely high attention to detail with his service. Listens and addresses our concerns, since we have used Josh our pest issues have been taken care of! Thank you Josh!

Easy to work with, professional, Erik always checks to see how preventative treatment is working and comes early if we start noticing pests. Always lets me know when to call him back if say the ant problem doesn't respond to treatment but so far they have all been working out.

Everyone is so nice at this company, especially Dan! He comes every other month for maintenance and he is so great!

If you are dealing with bed bugs look no further than Arizona Heat Pest Services. DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS ON YOUR OWN! We made that mistake and will never attempt such a feat again. Bed bugs require professionals and Arizona Heat Pest Services are absolute professionals. We did the heat treatment in our bedroom and the pesticide treatment in the rest of the house and those little demon monsters are gone. Haven't seen any come back and it's been nearly 2 months. Robert and his team are understanding, professional and experts at what they do. Can't recommend them enough!

Very knowledgeable and kind. Always on time and very thorough around the outside and inside of the house. Never had a problem but was told to call if we ever do and they would be able to fix it. That’s something you don’t get from many companies now.
