Best Commercial Treatment in Phoenix AZ

Well originally from Buffalo, NY... Bill's was an easy name to get. So we gave them a quick call along with 2 other companies. We had 2 homes to treat for termites. The rental we were moving out of after 6 years and the newer 10 year old home in Gold Canyon we were buying. Both had termites unfortunately... In Arizona its not if, but when will a home get termites We found Bill's service over all... well just smooth and easy to deal with and their pricing was very competitive. Right from the start a very knowledgeable young man (James) showed up to evaluate the termite condition on both homes. We got a quick education on termites and asked several questions we had about product, soil and service. No hard sell, just good answers to our problems. It then got even better when (Dallas) the labor side of the treatment program showed up to do the job... very hard working and conscientious! Both jobs were completed on time and satisfactory. ALL this was 11 months ago now but still fresh in my mind, because they did what they promised and NO more termites... not a trace! GO BILL's

I like Blue Sky Pest Control. They've done a great job: after three months my roaches are gone and I live on a golf course! They also treat for ants and spiders. They are polite and give me advanced notice. They even re-treated my garage at no extra cost. I'm pleased to have found an American company that does what they say at a reasonable cost.

Very helpful and knowledgeable we have used green home for 3 years now. Even though we are in a condo and share walls we have seen very few and considerably less pests since we bought our home in 2019. They come out every other month and in between services if there is a need, at no charge. We are glad we found green home.

Being in Las Vegas, its extremely hard to find an amazing, intelligent, liable company that will actually do the work they say. Burns has never left a doubt in my mind. Benny has treated our house for termites and termite prevention several times and he is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This last visit he went above and beyond by coming out twice after hours to ensure he completed the job prior to our bathroom remodel. Mike Willey is also great as the Service Coordinator. Been using this company for service since 2014 and have always been happy with their service. The technicians are always very friendly and anytime I need to call in to adjust scheduling, they are always very accommodating. The chemicals are effective and they don't stink up my house!

They have been very responsive to all our needs including todays service. We use them for our termite treatment and just had them seal attic for rodent prevention as well as using them to redo our insulation. Nothing but good experiences this past year.

They have done a great job in keeping my home pest free for a lot of years.

A good job

Called Master Tech Pest Solutions for a cleanup of rat droppings under the built in BBQ area. They came this morning and Josh was the technician. He cleaned up the area, identified three entry points and sealed them up.

What a great job he did. I was expecting the clean up for the price that they told me but did not realize they would identify and seal the entry areas at no extra cost. This was above expectations and I would highly recommend Master Tech to anyone needing their services. This is a wonderful company and Josh was excellent.

I’be had them out twice now (they come every two months) my back yard was infested with ants. I couldn’t even keep up the yard without being covered in bites. Now they are gone and no other bugs in sight. Prompt courteous very responsive and great prices. Highly recommend them!!
