Urban Desert Pest Control rocks!!We recently had Urban Desert Pest Control come out to spray interior and exterior of our home after an encounter with a scorpion in our house. We had the pleasure of working with Al from Urban Desert who was very professional and knowledgeable. Al did a great job and even pointed out some potential Scorpion entry areas in our garage that may need to be addressed in the future. When completed, Al informed us that he was finished and asked if we needed anything else or had any other questions regarding the work that was completed. TJ is amazing, he always sends me a quick text to let me know we are on the schedule and let's me know when he's on the way to our house. He always asks if we've had any unwanted guests and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. We are very happy we can live in the desert and not worry about pests in our home. We highly recommend contractors and especially TJ!

Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. Unbelievable ability to fail at a single task consistently. I asked the technician to lay down the most effective ant bait they had and he did not even use a pesticide that works on ants. I called the office to ask what was used and why there were still ants. I was informed that the chemical used was not for ants and they would return to provide the service for which I initially called and asked. The BEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE ANT BAIT. The technician showed up and baited an ant mound in the front yard (service was requested for the back yard in specific areas every time). Days later my back porch table was covered in ants and my wife's feet were attacked in the back yard. I called back to explain the situation and the office personnel explained that he used a pesticide for ants, but there was a BETTER AND MORE EFFECTIVE ANT BAIT!!!! She then explained that since it had been FIVE WEEKS ( two months ago in her time) she would have to charge me, albeit at a discounted rate. I foolishly agreed to this and they returned to take more of my money. This was a week ago and guess what......... I STILL HAVE ANTS!!!!!!

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!
