After discovering we had termites, I researched companies that specialized in termite treatment. Because of all the positive reviews on Google, Yelp and BBB, I decided to go with Bills Pest and Termite Control. John came out to do the inspection. He was on time, very informative and explained everything in detail. He was very pleasant. We had them out two weeks later to do the treatment. Our technician, Michael, arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and did a great job. I highly recommend Bills Pest and Termite Control to anyone who has termites. They do excellent and professional work.

Our family stayed in a vacation home in the area and upon our arrival we noticed a lot of unwanted critters. The owner authorized us to have Alex come and and take care of the property. He was very professional and took the time to educate myself and our kids about scorpions. He even gave them a UV light to look for them when the sun wend down. After finding several scorpions in the house and yard the weekend we moved into our new house, we called Family First. Our neighbors swore by them, and they were right! Josh came out and did an excellent job with perimeter treatments that redirected the scorpion trail away from our property. The few times we would see one, he was out within a day or 2 to re-treat (free if within 60 days of last treatment). He also shared his knowledge, patiently explaining how the various critters get around, and how.to deal with them. They only use quality products that are pet and kid safe, which is an important thing for us. Very satisfied!

Insectek is the best! I started using them at the beginning of the year at my new rental home, and am glad I delected them as the provider of choice. Not only did they have the best pricing for bi-monthly service, scheduling was a breeze and the advance reminders are great. Our technician Kyle is awesome. He always shows up on time and does an fantastic job. He pointed out areas he sprayed where bugs liked to hide out, which I would have never imagined. Even if I am not home, he goes right to work and follows up with a phone call and emailed activity report. When I do see a bug, they are always dead. VERY happy with Insectek!!!

Roy showed up right on time, after calling beforehand, was very friendly and professional and out in no time. We have used Action for past several years and have always had a great experience with them -- which unfortunately tends to not be the norm these days.
