We’ve used Urban Desert Pest Control ever since we bought our house, and when Brad was a one man crew. We found him through a google search so it’s only fitting that we leave a review on here.When we first bought our house and I was out of town, my wife found a scorpion on an exterior wall of the patio one night. Now thankfully it wasn’t inside, but none the less my wife was still in a little bit of a panic. The very next day she went online and found Urban Desert PC. The next day, I met Brad while he came to treat our house. We shared background and stories while he did his work, he also explained what he was doing, why it works and also what other methods don’t work and why. We’ve been loyal customers from that point on over 3 years ago.Since then, Brad has grown his company and carefully selected a really awesome team. The office staff is always friendly on the phone and quick to answer. And the addition of technicians has been stellar, we’ve had several different techs come out to the house and each one is as friendly and knowledgeable as Brad on that first day.Today we just had our house treated for termites, we didn’t have any at the house but we knew that the original treatment from when the house was build (2012) was reaching the end of its effectiveness. Let me be the first to impress upon you how great they do this job as well. Great price, great warranty, excellent service!! Julian and Dax were promptly on time, quick and thorough. You can’t ask for anymore then that. Highly, highly recommend you trust these guys, they won’t disappoint!!

Alex was so amazing when my husband and I hired him to service our home. I am TERRIFIED of anything creepy crawly and Alex was on time, even slightly early (kept me informed the whole time on his way), and not only did he spray and evaluate the active bug areas but he also explained to my husband things we can do to watch out for and increase or to do to avoid altogether! He’s definitely not your average pest control company! Highly recommend Alex for all of your pest management needs!

I have a termite contract with this company...this would be the 3rd time in less than a year they would have to come out to treat the same area for termires...and it not only did I have to wait over a month twice they called and canceled both times because the tech had an emergency and they would have to reschedule...this time I had an appr for Sept 8th..they called to cancel and want to reschedule me for Oct 23rd. In the mean time the damage to my inside wall is growing.

I highly recommend Family First Pest control. We had scorpion issues inside and outside our home, to the point our child had a severe reaction to a scorpion sting. Since Family First Pest control stepped in we have not had any other issues. Joshua is awesome!

Before I had a large issue with spiders in my warehouse and rafters and with the continued service I have not seen a spider in over a month! I appreciate everything they offer, including the sealing of my business front and making sure every item is safe for the environment, my coworkers, and customers. We called for an inspection of bed bugs in our house. We saw the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint!! Luckily there was a cancellation in their schedule so they were able to come out same day. Austin came out to do the inspection and he was quick, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thankfully no pests were found, but we know who to call going forward to help us out. I’m ready to invite Austin over for dinner we loved him so much!! Our service technician, Ollie is always prompt, very courteous and thorough. He always verbally lets us know what is going on in addition to the paperwork we're given each time.

Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. I appreciate MasterTech Pest Solutions for offering a reasonable affordable price for there services. Sometimes you never know weather or not a company is honest or you can trust the quality but I'm so relieved that my house got serviced and you could just tell Master Tech Pest Solutions is a people-person company.
