This company is awesome. Showed up exactly on time. Came to finish a water leak in my front yard and when the repairs were done the yard looked better than it did before they put the rocks back and everything. Outstanding service!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Total fast, friendly and reliable service worth every penny in my humble opinion. I won't call anyone else in the future. I checked the BBB and the AZ ROC beforehand, but now I truly know that Desert Diamond Mechanical is the best in the Arizona.

I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

The customer service the lady in the office Mariana has is just the best! she was able to answer all my questions and explain to me everything that needed to be done to my ac unit and show me the diff cost of all the things.

I wanted to give Michael from Goettle a big thank you. I was having a loud sound coming from my new AC. They had come out a month or so go and fixed it. Unfortunately, my unit is being temperamental. Michael came out and swapped out some parts. Hopefully that takes care of the issue. Michael thank you for listening to me and hearing me describing the issue. Fingers crossed! Had Tim out for annual check up. Prompt and professional. Called prior to arriving to give me an eta. Had an issue with low refrigerant. Tim explained my options and between us came up with a viable decision. Thought price was fair and reasonable.

Mark is very knowledgeable about air-conditioning systems and always gives the best advice on taking care of our unit. We highly recommend using A&M mechanical LLC for all air conditioning and heat pump needs.

I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

Klein Heating and cooling technician was extremely nice and really explained the size of unit I need like no one else did. Work was very professional. The price was the best quote I had and I was totally surprised when he finished the job that he completed a significant amount of duct work that no one else offered. Even if it takes a while or some effort to schedule a job, I would highly recommend you use them because when the work is done you won't be disappointed.
