Julian is the most courteous technician I have had in my house in a long time. He is also very knowledgeable and doesn't just guess at the answers to our questions. He spent time answering our questions about fleas and explaining the process. I will recommend Greenhome to my friends for all their pest control needs.

Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

Very professional and always on time. Calls before he shows up and is very personal!! Sprays inside and out in no time and always checks with me to see if I have seen any ants. Reminds us to keep an eye out for bees. I would recommend Burns Pest to anyone!!

Easy to work with, professional, Erik always checks to see how preventative treatment is working and comes early if we start noticing pests. Always lets me know when to call him back if say the ant problem doesn't respond to treatment but so far they have all been working out.

Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? I'd like to say that Austin came through on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do and I feel pretty confident that if there's any warranty work that needs to be taken care of he'll be prompt about it
