Got a random missed call from this business on my phone, called back and the woman who answered was insanely rude. Maybe don’t cold call people you don’t want calling back?

A couple of days ago, I saw a scorpion in my garage. I have been looking at places and we get a knock at the door. Sam and Isaac were the sales reps I spoke with and they were super chill and explained everything thoroughly. I asked so many questions and it didn’t fluster them once.

After a brief discussion with my accountant (my wife), we signed up for the Hawx General Pest service. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and thanked them for stopping by. Sam even provided me with his cell number, just in case I needed to reschedule or something came up.???

The next day, I received a text from Robert 15 minutes before he arrived stating that he was on the way. That is my favorite part, communication. This is one of the few company’s that has great communication. Robert and Shane arrived on time and were professional as hell. They explained everything that they were doing and went over important points of my contract.

They worked as a team an sprayed my house inside and outside in 15-20 minutes. They provided me with all contact info in case of anything. This was the most professional experience I have had with a company coming to fix my house since I moved in.

We even talked about random things and they were respectful of everything in my home. They have given my wife the piece of mind she was looking for cause we were going to burn this house down if we saw another scorpion. I will absolutely be continuing to use their service.

I can’t say enough about this company!! I have been using them for a year and honestly I would not go anywhere else. Everyone that I have spoken to and every technician that has come out treats us like family. They go over and beyond to help you with your pest problem. I recommend them to everyone!! They also make use safe products for your animals and children which is super important to our family.

Sexton has been our pest service in the west and now east valley. They have always been great but Anthony has gone over and above helping us at our new home get rid of some pesky creepy crawlers and critters, thank you Anthony....
