We loved our experience will Bill’s. They were prompt to respond, were able to come out quickly, and the tech took the time to listen to concerns, address issues seen and thoroughly treated our property.

They have been very responsive any time I need them to come out. It is usually by the very next day. I take comfort in knowing that they will still come out even though it isn't my contracted day.

I am very upset to start off I was charged even tho I canceled service but they reimbursed me the money and lowered the price .Today they were supposed to come from 10-12 and came 2 and a half hours late when we already left and the pest problem is still here and hasn’t been resolved they only sprayed several areas and didn’t seem concerned where the problem was coming from

I often communicate with other pest control companies to take care of people with wildlife problems outside of the typical pest services offered by most companies, and it has been a pleasure getting to know Alex. I have been using Insectek Pest Solutions for a couple of years now. I am satisfied with their service. I receive a text message for a schedule date and time. If I need to reschedule it is very easy. The technicians are courteous and friendly. Wayne was especially very good about talking to me about the yard and my dog as I was nervous about her being bitten by a scorpion. He was very good and told me what I need to do to keep my dog safe. I have never seen any bugs or scorpions in my house so it must be working!

I am so glad I found this organic Pest company which I have used around 9 years. Justin always gets back to me when I have questions. I like the fact he always text me the day before and He is so friendly and professional.

Professional & informative

Called Master Tech Pest Solutions for a cleanup of rat droppings under the built in BBQ area. They came this morning and Josh was the technician. He cleaned up the area, identified three entry points and sealed them up.

What a great job he did. I was expecting the clean up for the price that they told me but did not realize they would identify and seal the entry areas at no extra cost. This was above expectations and I would highly recommend Master Tech to anyone needing their services. This is a wonderful company and Josh was excellent.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.
