Decided it was time to replace my roof, and after getting a few quotes, I ended up choosing Brown Roofing. They weren't the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive), but what sealed the deal was my interactions with Craig and Debbie. Friendly, thorough, and very responsive. Craig spent far more time here evaluating the job and explaining the process than anyone else that came out to give me a quote, and I can confidently say the quote provided was the most comprehensive and well constructed. When the big day came, Craig and his crew did great work and left everything just as clean as they found it when finished. Overall great experience - would definitely recommend Brown Roofing, and I will certainly not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

We contracted KY-KO Roofing after 5 other bids. They offered a special rate which is normal in the business as an incentive to hire quickly. They were contracted to do a commercial roof, old ceramic tiles of which we had to match, as well as a insulation from to cover a patio and HVAC duct. They showed up and knocked the job out. They were very responsive, respectfully, and got the job done within one week. I would recommend KY-KO any day.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! I had many people stop by wanting to fix the roof it wasn't until Kris Chavez stopped by, for some reason I trusted him. He said insurance would pay for the roof and all I had to pay was the deductible minus $500 for putting the company sign in the yard and he would walk me through it. I believed him although my son didn't because he works for an insurance company. Everything Kris said was true and went accordingly. It was installed in a day and his team did such a good job and cleaned up perfectly.. I absolutely love it and Kris is great always got back to me. I would definitely will recommend Multi Pro Roof Solutions. Also thanks again Kris Chavez for making this such a great experience especially after how 2020 went.

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.
