Allstate Roofing replaced my roof back in the spring of 2021 and recently repaired some shingle damage from the installation of a new HVAC unit. As someone who works in the construction industry and knows the value of competitive bidding, I got 6 quotes from roofing contractors in the Phoenix metro area. Allstate Roofing's proposal provided the best value, by far, and proposed Roofing products with material and workmanship warranties much longer than the others Roofing contractors. They were not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but my past experience tells me that you don't want the cheapest contractors because they have the cheapest materials and subpar labor. I was very impressed by the professionalism and experience of Brad, Chad, and the other installers as my roof was repaired. Throughout the process, they answered all my questions to my satisfaction and really proved that they cared about the quality of the installation. We had such a great experience working with Glendale Roofing. Our new house was in pretty bad shape, and our roof sprung a significant leak overnight. They came out and explained everything that needed to be done in great detail, with multiple options. Thank you guys

Very bad. Did not show up on the scheduled time and kept you waiting at home for the whole day as he continuously lies. Delayed for one month without any improvement. We fired him but have not get the money for the material back although we have requested many times.

Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware

We recommend this company to everyone who needs roof repairs. We recently sold our home and had to get some cracked tiles and a patio roof finished. Adriana was extremely responsive and great to work with. I had a lot of questions and requests like providing pictures after the work was complete etc... she was so good to us and got the proof we needed so we could complete the close on the sale of our home. Jose was quick and on time and he did an excellent job for a great price compared to other companies!

If their roofing is as bad as their drivers then I'd definitely never use them. There drivers do not know how to driver and cut you off forcing you to slam on your breaks so you don't hit them.
