They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.

Ron did our bathrooms and kitchen. In both cases he exhibited attention to detail, and cleaned up the messes left by other contractors. His work is precise, and he does his best to provide his customers with quality work. I highly recommend for any jobs you have that need doing.

This roof company should fix this the owner tell me they do the roof but this is kind of work that is not acceptable ?

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Jason was very fair with the bid to replace our 25 year old tile roof. He gave us a choice of what material we wanted and we went with the best. We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Paid to have a leak fixed on roof. Leak was not fixed. Company won’t respond back. Do not use

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
