Recently had Scott Roofing come out and look at a hole in my roof. Jeff gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions and he gave me his card, told me to call anytime if I needed. I also got the total cost and exactly what work would cover and about when the work would start. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Phoenix Roofing and Repair has done an excellent job resurfacing the entire roof at my apartments in Tempe, AZ. They had a competitive quote and were professional with their communications throughout the project. I would recommend them for any roofing job.

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor’s yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot. He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. I have had Renco Roofing do my roof repairs for many years. Renco was always prompt to return my calls. When the roof got older, I had them put a new roof on. They have always been great to work with! My property was left clean when they finished. The roofers were very respectful.

I rarely write reviews but when a company goes above and beyond my expectations I am compelled to let people know. I realize this is long, but hopefully it'll be helpful. I'm remodeling a home built in the late 80's and it had quite a few problems. I'd obtained seven estimates for the roof work. I wanted a contractor with a great reputation, fair pricing, and someone who - and I realize this is very subjective - really 'got' my roof. It isn't complex, but whoever did it before made several mistakes and I didn't want those repeated. I'd also heard several horror stories from my neighbors who'd had roof issues. So, only licenced, bonded, insured contractors. From each I requested costs for just repairs and costs for the entire roof to be reshingled.

From the first, Brown Roofing impressed me. Craig Brown showed up on time! After six estimates that was a big deal! Some didn't show up till 2 days after their appointed time! Craig was on my roof for about 15 minutes. When he came down he gave me a full report and told me if I only made repairs, it would cost X but in his opinion I'd be wasting my money. The shingles were deteriorating (which I knew) and I'd just need more repairs soon. Then he provided a quote for the entire roof. VERY reasonable. Thousands less than competitors. YMMV, but I was impressed! Since I'm doing this myself (no insurance involvement) I worked with Debbie in the office for all the payment issues. She was awesome as well! She provided all the info I needed, followed up with people, emailed the estimates, and provided all the answers to my questions prior to the job starting.

They called the day before to let me know when they would be there and the show started right on time. Everyone was working hard, but everyone was friendly. I had 2 layers of shingles and old paper to come off, they got it all cleared in a day. I had other issues most people may not (like getting other contractors working while the roof was off) but Brown Roofing worked with us to make it all happen. Julio was the site foreman and did a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of. Again, this was the first roof I've ever had repaired/replaced so I had a lot of questions. Two things in this phase impressed me;
1. They found several boards that were rotting due to the improper installation of the old roof and they replaced them without any fuss! They decided an area was not right, they cut it out, put in new wood, done. No calling back and forth, no hand-wringing, no Well, gee, that's gonna cost you XXX!! I'd read the contract, I told them it's okay to put new wood in if you need to, but I still expected complications. There weren't any. The job went very well! Much better than I'd anticipated.
2. In a conversation with Julio I'd made the comment that Wow! You guys sure are working hard! He smiled and said You're paying us to. I was very impressed by that statement. It embodied the whole experience of working with Brown Roofing. Very 'Customer' oriented. I've been working with a LOT of contractors over the years. Some act like they're doing you a favor by working for you. These folks treat you like a valued customer who's business is important to them. I can't say that about a lot of places.

The estimated time was 4-5 days and they finished in 3.5. They cleaned up! They hauled everything off! They were nice to the neighbors who came up to ask questions. The price was outstanding, the crew experienced and friendly, and the quality of the installation was great too!

2 - 3 weeks after they were done Craig stopped by again just to make sure everything was perfect. He said if I had any issues to just give them a call. I kinda joked with him that I had a big door at the stain shop that I needed to pick up. He said Let's go! THAT was impressive! I didn't take him up on it but I'm sure if I would have, he'd have cleared out the truck and we'd go get the door! It's THAT kind of company.

The Ky-Ko team, from sales to the office staff to the roofers, were phenomenal. Timely responses to questions, return calls, and working with our insurance company was excellent. The team of 10 that tore our old roof off and re-roofed (all in one day!) were unbelievable. They worked together, did a professional job and cleaned everything up. The prep work they did was amazing, even covered our pool. I think we found 2 roofing nails after they were done. Stellar and reliable roofing company. Highly recommend Ky-Ko!

This company was such a delight to work with!They replaced our underlay on our tile roof and installed a new foam roof on our flat roof.We had several bids that were a little lower but decided to go with them and are very pleased with this company's quality of work, our roof looks great.

I chose this company because of their good reviews. The guys that came to the house and did the work were professional and effecient. There was damage done to the interior of my house. I contacted the company regarding the issues. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. I was dissastified with their lack of concern regarding the issue.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. Jack and Luis were able to get the entire roof done in ONE DAY the day after I called seeking help! Excellent service, over the top fair pricing and pictures before and after the work is done so you truly know what they are doing. I cannot give Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling a high enough rating. Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. I recently had my roof replaced by Hardracker Roofing and I love it! Clyde was very easy to work with and gave me great service and a great price. His roofers were respectful of my dogs and property and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company! Great people to do business with!

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!
