After a monsoon storm, we noticed a few roof tiles broken so we reached out to TSM roofing and Dustin got back to us in a very timely manner. Jari was a gentleman and very helpful in assessing our needs for a vent pipe leak. Went on roof, noticed no leak, took the extra step and looked in our crawl attic space to see if the pipe was leaking from the roof. No leaks which saved us $$ on an unnecessary roof repair! Will remember Renco the next time we need any type of roofing repairs! Thank you!

I had 3 people attempt to fix my leaky roof. Still had water coming out of my kitchen ceiling fan. Scary to see a light bulb on in a fixture of water. Brown roofing got it done the first time and have had no leaks since. Thank You to Craig and his team for getting it done promptly and without a trace. Lyons Roofing did a great job on my tile roof! They were always on time and never left any trash on my yard. I was very impressed with their professional attitude. They were not intrusive and they delivered as promised. Their price was fair, and their sales representative was the most knowledgeable.

Frank came out to my house and was great. I explained I was worried about my roof being exposed to nature with monsoon coming. He came on a holiday to place a tarp over the roof just in case. They matched our cement tile roof almost exact (sun fades it over time so of course wont be exact)
They arrived promptly and placed the tiles up. I was filled in with a phone call every step of the way thru the procedure. Overall a great company to deal with and would highly recommend them.

In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

Great company. They came out while it was raining two weeks ago and were able to tell what needs to be fix once roof dried. They fix the leak and the price was reasonable. Will call them again if I ever need them again. Thank You Castile Roofing.

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

These guys were great! They were able to schedule us in quickly and repair the roof leak around the AC just in time before the heavy rains. I hope to use them in the near future to foam the entire roof. Jack is quick to respond, trustworthy and does excellent work. No short cuts and very professional.

My first time to hire a roofing company. Thanks to Hayden Hobbs at Multi-Pro Roofing it was a great experience! Hayden dealt directly with my insurance company for a full roof replacement. The whole roof was completed in one day. Hayden responded quickly to any concerns or questions that I had. He is efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and very personable!

I'm very satisfied with the way that Stapleton Roofing addressed the replacement of my roof. They were very professional and very timely, even though my shingles had to be ordered. Even though they weren't the least expensive, the finished job was worth the money spent. I would highly recommend them.

Five years ago, Vertex Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I encountered the company at the Tucson Home Show, where I was trying to find a roofer quickly because a recent storm had precipitated a huge leak in my kitchen ceiling due to a hole in the roof. Everyone I've worked with from the company has treated me with courtesy and behaved very professionally. Arrangements were made and the roof was installed expeditiously (if my memory can be trusted, I think it took them just a few days to install). And it looks beautiful! The long-term warranty on the roof made me feel even more confident about their services. To be honest, since the roof was installed, twice I had leaks in my house that I thought were from a roof problem. I called Vertex both times and they came out to look at the problem. Both times they identified the source of the leak, and it wasn’t the roof (long stories that I won’t get into here). Each time I felt they were patient and helpful with me, despite the fact that their product was not the problem. In sum, I have had positive experiences with Vertex Roofing and highly recommend them for both quality of product and professionalism of staff.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.
