We received immediate response and prompt courteous service. Although the process was difficult at times, since we were still living in the house, the work done was thorough, and completely satisfied our expectations. We decided to replace our flooring and insulate the wall that was affected by the water damage for additional privacy between our guest room and the family room, and are now enjoying our new house.

I called these guys when my kid left the bathtub on and overflowed the bathroom when I wasn’t home. It started leaking into my hallway and my master bedroom. I told them I needed someone to repair the water damage that had built up. One of their techs came out right away and got everything done quick. They had a team of 3 or 4 guys come out and dry everything out, set up their machines, and we had a good experience with them.

The whole time they had asked if I had any questions and they answered them no problem. I had no clue how to handle my insurance stuff but they helped me through that as well. These guys are pros and know what to do, and they made me secure in knowing they had everything under control. Call them if you have any situation like this, you’ll be glad you did.

Francisco put us at ease immediately. He is so informative that we trust him and the company he represents. Although we haven't met the other crew members yet, I am confidence that the job will be done right.

Ceasar B put our kitchen back together for us and was excellent with detail, answering questions and timely in the completion of work. Ceasar was prompt, kind, and pleasant. I'd give him 5 stars across any category I can think of.

Make sure your construction manager doesn’t tell his tile subcontractors they’re going to get paid asap then ignore them for days once the job is done. After not hearing back from him I ended up going into their office, he was up in a meeting, he told them to cut me a check.
You have no problem getting back to me while the job is in progress but can’t send a simple text back or a call back to discuss payment once the job is done ?

I had a hot water pipe spring a leak. I was referred to this company by my insurance. Adam was my technician. Several blowers were needed to dry out the water damage. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my surroundings and me, and always arrived on time when he said he would arrive to check the blowers. A very professional company!

When our home had an unfortunate accident involving a flooding of sewage water Restoration 1 of Phoenix are the ones we called, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every single person that we dealt with ensured that we understood what was going on and took the extra time to ensure that everything was done in a way that was best for us without regard to opportunities where they could have made some extra money. Brandy in the office checked in on us throughout the process and was an amazing help. The foreman John really took the time to make sure the job was done right and put the effort in to make sure we were happy with the work and he did an amazing job working around our schedule. Rick, one of the workers we saw the most, really did a consistently amazing job. Everything was done quickly, on our schedule, cleanly, and with our best interest in mind. It was unfortunate that we had a reason to call Restoration 1 of Phoenix, but I could not imagine that any other company could do a better job. I had left a hose running & that caused a flood in the basement. I was just so upset & looked online to find a restoration company. I found ServPro & called & the person who answered (Michael I think) said if you have turned off the hose you have done all you need to do.. We've got it from here he said.
They came over & in 3 hours most of the water was vacuumed up.
They moved all the furniture & put dryers & dehumidifiers in the wet parts. I was a crying mess when they arrived but felt a lot better when they were done.
They came back again every 2 days just to check for dryness. The following day Ryan came & moved everything back in place.
Great company & very kind people.
