The family that runs this business is top notch. They installed a foam roof on my large flat roof. I called them years later to help with a scupper leak. The professionalism and expertise are superb, but what I appreciate most about Joe, Jimmy, and the squad is they treat you like you are their most important customer, like their neighbor. Circle G replaced my roof in 2020. Replacement came with a 5 year leak warranty. I was going to put my house on the market for sale and was curious about the condition of the roof after 3 years. Joe came right out and inspected it for no charge and assured me that it was in great shape and nothing currently needed for me or the future buyer. Very responsive, very honest and reliable. A year ago Joe and the team at Circle G repaired our roof and we could not have asked for a better experience. Their service was fantastic and price extremely competitive. Last weekend our roof sprung a new leak. I sent an email to Joe and received a response within minutes. He came out on Monday morning and repaired the damage which was caused by woodpeckers not a defect in their work. He did not charge us a dime for the work he did. I so appreciate the level of customer service they provide which is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend Circle G if you need work on your roof.

Circle G is professional, on time and extremely thorough.
They replaced our foam roof a couple of years ago - great job and no problems there - and came today to check on a small leak in our metal roof.
Found the issue, showed us the picture of what they found and addressed it - all in less than 1hr.
They are our roofer of record for the house !

Circle G reroofed/replaced the original 24 year old tile roof on our house. They were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up the work site each day and at the end of the project. They did everything that one would expect.
I hired Circle G to repair our roof after a year into owning our home. They delivered high quality, prompt service at an affordable rate. It was the best experience I could ask for regarding home repairs. But it gets even better... my roof repair was covered under 3 year warranty, so after the brutal storms we've had this summer (2021), we had a slight leak coming through our bedroom fan. Within days, Circle G was back out to our house, found a small scratch from birds or branches and patched it up in less than 5 minutes. Super responsive, super professional and highly recommended regardless of the issues you may be dealing with.

Our friends in sun lakes used them and the roof had a severe leak after they installed new underlament and flashings.
The valley channel installed was not per code. They used channel that was approximately 3 on each side of the valley. Code required 11 on each side. There was 3 short pieces of channel in a 6'-7' span. Supposed to be one solid piece. (I have a photo of the valley channel when they came back to fix the leak)
i had Jimmy from circle g work on my flat roof. they did foam over my garage area and did repairs and sealed the rest of the roof. we have had issues with the roof over the last three years. they come out and work on it without question. i recently needed a description of what they did on the last visit in writing. they refused to do this because it was considered out of warranty. i don't understand why it would be a problem to put free repair but out of warranty with a description of what they did. this seems a bit shady. guess i will never know.
I just had an opportunity to have a long conversation with Joe, the owner of Circle G Roofing. He's an extremely knowledgeable contractor with a wealth of experience. I was most impressed with the fact he is also a full-time preacher. Good people. Great company. Highly recommended!

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

Circle G came out promptly and provided fantastic service when I had an emergency. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. They've earned a loyal customer here.
This company helped us by sending their expert panel for our roof repairs. They gave us estimates beforehand and started with the work immediately. We chose the tiles as per our choice and they helped us get them at the bulk prices, saving a lot of our money.
Circle G was real responsive and did a great job. They have also responded to some needs we had after and I definitely recommend them.

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof. We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs. This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why. I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.
Joseph came out the next day, gave me a fair quote, and repaired my balcony walk deck the same day. Exceptional work and awesome customer service. I will definitely use them again,

I hired Circle G Roofing to apply polyurethane foam to my commercial building in Scottsdale Joe senior in his sons explain every detail and answered all of my questions and was able to do the job on time and on budget I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again for another project thank you Circle G.
