But after several estimates we chooses canyon state roofing because they did a great job explaining the what and why, showing us pictures and walking us through this huge purchase. We also chose them because their 30 year roof was priced right. The crew that came was great! They took care of our home and even talked with our neighbors. The work has been wonderful, and even when something changed they helped us understand and make decisions. The project manager kept us up to date and everything went smooth. We are recommending them to all the people who know their roof might be next.

We used Canyon State Roofing as our roofer 7 years ago when we had our tile roof replaced. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. This past several months as we've had solar panels installed on our roof, Jim has advised us about the solar company's installation methods to ensure that they do not cause any roof leaks. Miguel has come to the house on multiple occasions throughout the process to inspect the installation and advise us. Miguel has been super responsive, even coming the same day I called, in order to inspect the final installation and replace broken tile.

We just had our 23 year old roof replaced by Canyon State Roofing and the did a great job from start to finish. The estimate process was quick and efficient. Our project even got started sooner than expected. The work crew arrived early and worked long hours to get our project completed before Christmas. Miguel kept me informed on the project and made sure we were happy with the work and the cleanup. After getting a couple of other estimates, we are happy we went with Canyon State Roofing.

We always recommend Canyon State Roofing because they are consistent, honest and reliable. During the last big rainstorm, we discovered a leak in our master bedroom. I called and spoke with Robyn, who’s always upbeat, friendly and helpful and she got us right on the schedule. Jim came out and immediately found the issue. We were given an estimate and they got us on the schedule.

The day before our appointment, we received a call from Miguel to confirm the day and time. He also texted us the next day when his tech was on the way. Miguel stayed in contact with us throughout the process and he was very thorough to ensure the issue had been resolved.

It was easy to get a quote. Jim answered all of our questions. He answered the phone every time i called him. Scheduled job around our needs. Job was completed on time and Miguel was very communicative throughout the installation. The crew cleaned up daily and did an excellent job with final clean up at end of job. They were able to successfully repair a troublesome leak in a flat roof that many others had failed. Very professional and prompt on the repair. Checked back after subsequent rains to make sure the problem was repaired. Highly recommended.

We recently had to replace our entire roof. Our home is twenty years old and we began to have some roof leaks in the living room area.

I had several companies come out and explain the roof issues and give estimates. Surprisingly, the other two companies that quoted a higher estimate, never went onto our roof to investigate things. They both told me, oh all roofs are the same after 20 years. I found that strange since seeing the roof's condition is necessary for a quote.

Jim, the owner of Canyon State Roofing and Consulting came and went up to our roof and took photos so we could see just what we were dealing with. He explained things very well, and within a few days, emailed all the details and the costs that would be involved. He even gives different opportunities to choose from when it comes to supplies. He was very patient especially explaining roofs, materials and the bird-block product. Was very patient while I took some time deciding on the color of the bird-block.

After deciding the path we wanted to take, a full and detailed contract was emailed and a date was given when they would begin, when a dumpster would arrive and when supplies would arrive. His team of men were busy and accomplished much during each day. They were respectful to our property with cleaning up as well. Jim would stop by often and would go onto the roof to see their work and progress. We would highly recommend Jim and Canyon State Roofing & Consulting.

Had a roof leak on the backside of my house. Third one in our 27 year old roof. Had Jim at Canyon State Roofing come out and give me a estimate to reroof the house. They removed the tile, replaced the underlayment, broken tiles and also had them replace the trim board below the bird stop. They did it in a timely manner and kept everything tidy and clean during the process. Would recommend them to others.

I partnered with Jim on a complete roof with double underlayment, roof repair/plywood replacement and addition of new bird stop a few years ago. The quality of work, timeliness and value was tremendous, but they stand behind their work throughout the life of the roof. We just had 3 tiles randomly fall from an end cap and Miguel came out to fix the situation and any other maintenance needed. We are very satisfied with the roof done by Canyon State Roofing. While it looks the same as the original, it is phenomenally better in terms of drainage and underlayment. Repairs done where the roof rotted due to poor drainage were well-repaired. The crew was very competent, professional, and considerate. We have much more confidence in this roof than the original, and it was done for a very fair price. Jim, the owner, explained everything to us and was available for questions and consultation. All in all, a very positive experience, and just in time for rain in Arizona.

We have a tile roof that is 26 years old and it needed to have new underlay. We found Canyon State roofing on line and after doing some research we gave them a call . They provided excellent service, were responsive to calls and the work appears very good (haven't had any rain to test the work, lol). We had a roof leak and decided to get a complete restack ( remove tiles, replace the underlayment then replace the tiles). We were able to work with our solar company to remove and replace the solar panels around the roof repair. The final appearance looks great and I can tell very improved over the previous roof.
