Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. I recently purchased a home and a new roof was much needed. I am so glad that I found Phoenix Roofing! Shelby was absolutely amazing. Very professional, punctual, and quick to respond on everything. She communicated the entire process and timeline and followed up on the warranty like she promised. The crew arrived on time and knocked it out all in a day! These guys are great! They replaced my roof after the monsoon storms at the end of last year. Their pricing was great! The workmanship was great! They got everything done in a timely manner and we are very happy. They handled the insurance claim and worked very well with the insurance company making the whole claim process easy. He is so kind and professional, and I trust and respect his judgment and work and business ethics so much that even after my roofing job was completed I have often checked with him when I needed to find another type of service professional (e.g., electrician, plumber), and he has been a wonderful source of referrals, all of whom have done amazing work and have been very kind and ethical, just like Jack. Brandon did an excellent job of educating me on the various roofing materials, why his company is unique from other roofing companies, and what I should expect as the process. What was even better is the follow through after I chose Phoenix Roofing to replace my roof. They were on time every day, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the project earlier than expected. Brandon visited my house each day throughout the process to make sure that all the roofers were paying attention to all the details we discussed. Brandon gave us a proposal for my dad's house that was in escrow. The repair had to be done quickly and of course done well. He delivered on all of his promises and the pricing was very good as well. He was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I'd recommend Brandon and Phoenix Roofing and will definitely keep them in mind next time I have a roofing project.

Everybody from Phoenix Roofing was top notch!! Here's another 5 star rating for Phoenix Roofing & Remodel. Shelby came right out the morning after I called them, thoroughly answered every question and, when I went up there on the roof with her, took me through every issue. She'd been on the insurance side previously, so she'd seen a lot of roofs and was really good at educating me. She also showed me samples of shingles and the underlayment material, gave me a brochure of colors and links to photos of houses with the different shingles colors. Throughout the process she sent written updates, she always got right back to me, was thorough and detailed, and also, was lovely to deal with. Carlos, the construction boss, was also amazing. Took me through the process again, let me know when things would arrive (dumpster, shingles, crew, etc) and coordinated everything beautifully. He also came out several times to explain things, review things and give his final approval. His team, headed by Rene, went above and beyond. It was a challenging roof, but Rene had 20 years of experience, and anticipated problems. We had to replace one fairly large section of plywood. They took lots of photos for insurance, Shelby and I got approvals, and Rene did an absolutely beautiful job. The crew cleaned up every day, were so nice to be around, and were committed to doing excellent work. Did I mention it was 107 for the days they were here? The whole experience was fantastic and hassle-free from beginning to end. I can't say enough about the integrity, honestly and quality work done by Phoenix Roofing and Remodel. I agree with the other reviewers who said they are the best in the Valley. They are.

Phoenix Roofing's quality, service and timeliness has been excellent. We had to replace our roof due to wind damage and Justin Hall's estimate was right on target. The work was completed quickly and no debris was left in the yard. The office staff was very good at responding to my questions. 5 stars!

I can honestly say Phoenix Roofing is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Not only were they up front and helpful with their quote, their workmanship and quality of materials was top notch. I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job done at a fair price.

Brandon was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable about roofing. He was one of several bids I acquired to do a complete underlay replacement for a tile roof. The crew that came out was extremely competent, and worked well together. So much so, that many of our neighbors commented to me about the excellent job being done on our roof. Cleaned up every day, and even had a major night of rain during their work that they were thoroughly prepared for. They definitely achieved a five star result. Since this is a project where most of the cost is labor, I really appreciated that I was quoted only with premium materials, and options to upgrade from there. All of the other bids I received were using low cost products, and I had to ask for upgrades to get up to the product Brandon proposed as the baseline. Seems kind of silly to spend a lot of money and then use inferior products.

Brandon came and took pictures of the damage to my roof and met with my insurance agent. Everything went very well after that. My insurance paid for the complete job but it was all because of the way Brandon was able to show them the damage. They did a wonderful job on my roof and I was very pleased. I would definately use them again when or if the need arises.

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling performed the job as promised. Bill, the owner, and Ammon, the inspector and sales representative, were accessible, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The crew worked Saturday and Sunday to beat the rain. Ammon and project manager, Carlos, ensured that my pool, gutters, air units, and plants were unscathed and that my property was left clean of debris. The initial estimate was the price that I paid. My wife now says that we have the best-looking roof in the neighborhood. Thank you for a job well done.

Phoenix Roofing recently replaced our entire roof. The gentlemen started on our roof on a Monday and were completely finished by Thursday. By the end of Thursday not only was our roof just beautiful, there wasn't a scrap of discarded shingle, any nails, or any debri to be found in our yard!
It is truly nice to deal with the company and a rep (Shelby) who makes and keeps their commitments, is sensitive to their customers needs, as employees who really care about the quality of their work, and truly want their customer to be pleased!

Being a contractor in the Midwest I know when a job is done right and when someone goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I found Hyrum and his crew to fit that perfectly. My parents house needed an entire re-roof and they were considerate, neat and diligent in completing the project in a professional manner and even managed to keep me in the loop 2,000 miles away. My parents and siblings had nothing but praise for the workers. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely call them for any work I may have in the future.
