Lars, is by far, the best. He raises the bar for customer service. Last year, when he first came to our home to price a foam roof, he spent a substantial amount of time with my husband and me helping us to identify non-roof related leaking problems, going to great lengths to help us find the right product needed and where, as a non contractor, we could purchase the products. The bid for the foam roof was competitive, the work was scheduled, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job to our satisfaction.
We just called Renco this past week concerning the tile roof overhanging our entry way. Lars came out to access and determined that the roof may or may not be our problem. Rather than trying to sell us a job that we may not need, he provided some sealant and proceeded to help my husband seal some wood beams that may be causing the problem. If we end up needing to replace tiles, or the tile roof, we will definitely be using Renco.

I got quotes from the top roofers on Yelp, & not only was Brown Roofing's the lowest, their quotes are also price-locked which means no unhappy surprises after the work begins. They don't feel it's fair to penalize customers for inaccurate quotes, & they honored their estimate when it was found that more decking & fascia needed to be replaced. They also have the longest workmanship warranty I found—10 years. Craig, Chris and their crew were awesome—courteous, skilled & very hard-working. They showed up on time each day, got right to work & did a fantastic job. Debbie in the office was also very responsive, helpful & patient with all my questions. This was the first time I've had to replace a roof, & I was a bit nervous going in. But, it was a great experience, & I couldn't be happier with both the service Brown Roofing provided and my beautiful new roof!

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

We wanted to replace our 45 year old tile roof with a metal roof for improved appearance and longevity. The team from Vertex did a wonderful job educating us on the materials and options, and then gave us a fair price, too. Installation went well, except that it rained for almost two solid weeks midway through the job. Any sign of trouble during the rains and the crew was there to address it day or night. The house looks great and we’ve seen energy bills go down, too. Can’t recommend these folks enough! (I waited to review until after a good long rain storm—almost 9 months later. No leaks!!!)
