Great experience all the way thru. Our sales representative had to have surgery done, so the President of Energy Shield came to our home to fill in for his employee.....how impressive!! He was very thorough and explained the entire process from start to finish to replace our windows. There are five reasons we chose Energy Shield, 1. The product....they offer an upgraded widow from the standard series (thicker glass with upgraded frame) that most other companies don't offer and for a very reasonable price. 2. They do everything in-house, from building the windows to servicing the windows. 3. They gave us the best price out of three quotes...Window World being one of them. 4. Energy Shield reviews are outstanding along with their standing with the BBB. 5. Their wait time for installation was much shorter then any other company.
We now have our new windows installed and we love the new look and energy efficiency. The installation took three days as we have a lot of windows. The crew called the first morning to let us know they were on their way. They were polite, quit, cleaned up after each window and showed up each morning when they said they would. Only one hiccup during installation. One of the widows was made as a picture window and it was suppose to be a sliding window. It was a non issue because they make their own windows local. A new window was ready the next day. We are extremely happy!!

DreamStyle remodeled our guest bathroom. They removed the Tub/Shower with shower curtain set up and installed a more modern stand up shower with sliding barn door glass doors. The work was done exceptionally well and they attention to detail was impressive. Robert Kempf and Jonathan Pina did an outstanding job. Any problems or issues were immediately addressed and taken care of. I would use them again.

The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

Had a great experience working with the owner, he replaced my roof and mantained excellent communication throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the finished product and the professionalism. Would definitely use them again if necessary.

I had all the windows in my home replaced. Everything was effortless from the presentation to the installation. The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The installers were awesome, they were very punctual, were respectful of my property and set up everything in an orderly manner. When they were done they did a very thorough cleanup and took away all the old windows and debris. It was like it never happened everything was so neat! My wife and I are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend Power to anyone wishing to have their windows done.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! I would highly recommend this company. When you call PCC Roofing you talk directly to the owner (Sean) who answered all my questions throughly and professionally. Besides replacing the roof they also replaced all the facia boards and were kind enough to deliver the facia and trim boards a couple of weeks ahead of time so I could pre-paint them which meant I only had to do a little touch up when the job was completed!!! His brother Brain ran the crew and also was extremely professional and answered any questions that came up. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they treated the property with great respect !!! I will recommend PCC Roofing every chance I get the opportunity to. Thanks again Sean and Brain.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
