I spoke with and got quotes from 5 roofers before choosing Brown Roofing. I could not ask for a better job. We just bought this house and it needed a new roof. It has tile which we used to think lasted forever. The tiles do but the ‘underlayment” which is under the tiles, does not. After researching I found that some companies lay 1 layer of underlayment and some do 2, and 2 is better than 1. It should protect the roof from leaking for a longer period of time. Two of the roof bids I received only had one layer so I did not want to use them. After speaking with Craig Brown of Brown Roofing on the phone I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about roof replacement. He explained how the roofing process works and, after our conversation, I felt confident we would have a good outcome with Brown Roofing. He sent an estimate after seeing the roof and it was very reasonable. We arranged a date for them to begin work and they were there as arranged. They made sure the roof replacement was done in a quality manner in every regard. They even threw in a lot of extras and did not charge! The roof looks so much better than it did and I am confident it will be watertight for many years. They made sure everything was cleaned up everyday when they left and also when they finished and the yard looks great. One less thing to worry about. It is great to work with a company that goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

Lyons does not stand by it's work. The warranty they provide is useless because they do not stand by their work when your roof leaks, and it will. Read the critical reviews on line from customers who have spent thousands of $ only to have roof leak. It happened to all of us. It can happen to you too. Keep looking for a company with integrity.

I needed to make some roofing repairs before I tried selling my house so I called four roofing companies for a quote and really felt like Devin from Mikku & Sons was a cut above the rest. He gave me a very fair quote & was able to work around my timeline & I can’t say thanks enough. The work was perfect, the final walk thru for my house went perfect, and should I ever need roofing repairs, Mikku & Sons will be my first call I make.

Almeida roofing was recommended by a neighbor and his recommendation was a good one. I bid the job out and Almeida was the most attractive bid. They replaced the underlayment on our tile roof. They scheduled the job promptly and followed the outlined schedule to the letter. All elements of the job were performed on a timely and professional basis. The quality of the work looks good and the price was reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone looking for any roofing needs.

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.

We had a complete tear out and replacement of our roof. The price was fair and they did a great job. But, what is most impressive was the continual communication and oversight from the owner as well as pictures to update us on the actual progress. The owner went by the house a number of times to check and double check the work. He was very honest and there were no surprises during the process. I have worked with a lot of contractors and have never found one to have such exceptional communication and customer service skills. Thank you for the terrific experience!

Was super impressed with this company! Had roof damage during a monsoon in the summer. Zach was at my house literally a few hours after I called. He walked me through the whole process and helped me deal with my insurance company in replacing my roof. He was communicative throughout the entire process up until the completion of the roof repair. Literally had significant rainfall recently after the roof was replaced and had no issues! 6 out of 5 stars!

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

I've had nothing but the best experience with Vertex Roofing from start to finish. I was interested in getting my house re-roofed with a metal roof so I submitted a request through Home Advisor as well as called several roofing companies in the area. Shortly after submitting a request, I got a friendly yet professional call from Vertex who helped answer questions and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with Alex from Vertex who came out to walk the property and discuss the details of size/cost, etc. He gave a thorough presentation of the product and answered a ton of questions I had. I was highly impressed. After our initial appointment, I decided to have other roofing companies come provide their estimates for a comparison. I was quickly faced with impatience, unprofessionalism, and incorrect quotes/estimates from every other company that came out. After some time and thought, I decided to hire Vertex to take on the job. Alex helped work through some modifications to the initial contract and was always quick to respond to questions, etc. Fast forward 6 months to install time, I got to coordinate installation with Jim who was very responsive and informative. On the first day of install, I got to meet the foreman Robert and his crew who were super friendly and personable. I could immediately sense their level of professionalism and etiquette. They were careful to protect all of the equipment (AC unit, pool, deck, heater, etc.) prior to getting up on the roof. After delivering the roofing material, I noticed that the metal panels were not the agreed upon size on the contract agreement. I mentioned it to Robert and he immediately reached out to Jim. Jim personally called me to sincerely apologize for his error on ordering the wrong size panel.
I truly respected his honesty and his determination to make it right. He did everything he could and somehow worked his magic. He made some calls and was able to expedite delivery of the correct material the next day! The crew worked quickly but thoroughly. Each day I came home from work, Robert and the crew would give me brief updates and were happy to take a look at some problem areas such as a rotted fascia board I noticed. Robert took this on and made the repair promptly. When the job was complete, Robert gave me a quick tour up on the roof and chatted about maintenance advice, etc. The crew cleaned everything very thoroughly including any loose nails or screws that fell. Overall, I was highly impressed with Vertex and the beautiful new roof that I have. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!

We are very pleased with the tile roof done by Precision Roofing LLC. It took us a long time to finalize a contractor for the job and they didn't disappoint. The crew would show up before 8am everyday, were curteous and respectful to the property. The owners were on the project daily to oversee the work progress and check in with us. Omar was great to deal with starting with estimate til closing the contract, always available for questions and discussions. The quality of the work is outstanding and the price fair. We already receive a lot of compliments from neighbors and would definitely recommend them.
