My house is like part of the family, so when it comes to any sort of home repairs I always thoroughly research all my options to ensure I find the best choice. After a referral from a high school buddy & some additional research, I found Phoenix Roofing to be the best roofers in town! The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I was super impressed with the crew’s work ethic & cleanliness. In conclusion, I give Phoenix Roofing 5/5 stars & would use them again. Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Their team stripped the old asphalt shingles, repaired some of the roof where water damaged the wood and had the roof completed in one day. They did a great job and the roof looks great. The gutters were replaced the next week and they added new gutter to the back of the house as well. Both teams did a great job and did an adequate job cleaning up. If you are looking for a company that does roofing or gutters this is your guy. The owner kept me updated the whole time.

Had Front Door and windows installed. It was done very quickly and efficiently. The crew did a great job. Once the installation was done. The house was left very clean and neat.

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
