Our experience with RENCO Roofing was stellar! Brett Raisanen performed a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a detailed cost estimate. The roof was 22 years old, so it was time to replace. The crew that did the work arrived on time, very efficient and professional, cleaned up and hauled away the debris and completed the whole job in just a day and a half! Wow! Brett followed up the next day and reinspected the roof to make sure everything was done properly. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We highly recommend RENCO for all your roofing needs!

I had 3 people attempt to fix my leaky roof. Still had water coming out of my kitchen ceiling fan. Scary to see a light bulb on in a fixture of water. Working with Ky-Ko Roofing was a very positive experience, from the 1st phone call - to completion of my roof. I chose them after having 3 other roofers come out. Oscar’s professionalism and knowledge, based on his experience as a roofer, made me feel comfortable and confident that Ky-Ko was who I wanted to go with. Marvin and his crew were always there on time and did a very thorough job. When the underlayment of my roof was removed, it exposed a considerable amount of damaged wood, due to drainage issues and age. The drainage issues were corrected and my new roof looks great!

The lack of attention to detail and customer service is to a level that is absurd. AVOID at all cost!

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

Customer Service was excellent, and the roofer went above and beyond to ensure I wouldn't have any problems post repair. I would recommend this company.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Excellent service I recommend to everyone

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

We worked with Hayden Hobbs, project manager. My husband and I were both very impressed with his professionalism. Our first meeting was very informative. He explained exactly how everything would work. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Hayden did all the work with our insurance company. This all came together in one week. We got a whole NEW ROOF. When the crew arrived in the morning ( very punctual) they got right to work. We could not believe it but by 5:00 pm they were cleaning up. They completely finished the roof in one day. Hayden was here to check things out. We could not be more pleased. BRAVO!!!!! EXCELLENT JOB! We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.
