Brown Roofing just completed a tear off and complete roof replacement on my home in North Phoenix.
The owner Craig Brown came out to introduce himself and establish the parameters of the Job.

He was extremely concerned with taking care of my needs and all areas of this project providing an excellent finished product which exceeded my expectations.
He was out multiple times communicating with me daily during the project, and he addressed all issues concerning the project, Including a final inspection

His employees were top notch, were able to make decisions to provide excellent customer service.
His crew cleaned up all debris around the job site, including using a magnet to pick up any stray nails and staples which were part of the original roof that was removed. After the completion of the job, you wouldn't be able to tell that there were even there.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a competent roofing contractor.

Overall this was a great experience. I was a bit bummed that one of the corners of the fascia was not totally lined up and left about 1/4 or so off. Johnny came back out and repaired and then went above and beyond to prime the bare fascia wood too! The roof is beautiful and everyone was so kind and friendly. I provided water to the roofers and they appreciated that. They were nice too!

Jeremy came out and assessed the problem quickly and was able to fix the roof. He was on time (even a little early) and took care to ensure good quality work. We will use America Roofing again and recommend them.

I called Stonecreek Roofing for an estimate to replace my 20 year old shingle roof. Rep Jaime came to my house with shingle samples and provided me with a competitive cost estimate. When I'm ready to move forward, Stonecreek would be my top pick!

Thank you Mikku & Sons, I had a new roof installed last year and there were a few warranty items that needed attention, Josh responded quickly and then documented each warranty repair that had been done and even supplied pictures so I didn't have to climb on the roof to see that it was taken care of. If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

I would recommend this company for a roofing job. They are a good value and do a great job and the team is very nice and respectful and got the job done in a timely manor. Very please with how it turned out and the whole job went. Would use them again but hope I won't need to for a log while! :-)

This company takes advantage of the new first time home buyer and those that do not understand the roofing business. They will always side with the insurance company. Everyone please get second opinions. $225 just to inspect your roof. Bill Crook is a definite crook.

I had many people stop by wanting to fix the roof it wasn't until Kris Chavez stopped by, for some reason I trusted him. He said insurance would pay for the roof and all I had to pay was the deductible minus $500 for putting the company sign in the yard and he would walk me through it. I believed him although my son didn't because he works for an insurance company. Everything Kris said was true and went accordingly. It was installed in a day and his team did such a good job and cleaned up perfectly.. I absolutely love it and Kris is great always got back to me. I would definitely will recommend Multi Pro Roof Solutions. Also thanks again Kris Chavez for making this such a great experience especially after how 2020 went.

Korbyn was the salesman I dealt with, he explained the entire process, timing of the work and payment schedule. Once the date was scheduled for the roof to be installed things went very quickly. The crew was pleasant, polite, and worked 10-12 hours a day. Robert, the foreman kept me informed of any issues. The machine they used to shape the metal to the precise measurements for my roof was amazing, in an hour and a half all the sheets were prepared and ready to go! Great job!
