Best Repair / Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Brian Wills of AZ Valley Windows came to the house, showed us a number of options, and even provided us with photos of our actual door with the doors we were considering. This came in handy for the POA approval. The door came a few weeks early, and the installers were very polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves. The new door is beautiful and installed correctly.

Bought a new bay window and had it installed in January of 2020. Now, it's pulling away from the outer wall and is collecting moisture between the panes. Called Truview today to have it fixed and they tell me I have to go to Milgard--they refuse to even come out and take a look. Went to Milgard and they need a warranty. I can't register it for a warranty without the sales order number that Truview used to Milgard. Buyer Beware!

I was in need of two window replacements of different sizes and the job was completed in just three business days after sizing, ordering, and installation. We met with Dustin and he was great with all of our questions. The guys doing the work did a great job. LEI replaced 11 windows and a patio door. We have seen a big difference in temperature in the rooms. Very pleased with the finished work! Would definitely recommend LEI to others.

Ron Kelley was the best Consultant. He came to the our home and made us feel relax and explained everything to us. Gave Pros and Cons on the windows that we wants and explained what else was available and left the the choice to us.. He is a great person and an asset to the company. The job was done in Tucson, AZ, and we notice a difference in the inside temperature already.
The installation went very smoothly, we had 21 windows installed in two days, the crew was great.
Mr. Kelley even stopped by during the installation process to made sure everything was alright.

Wayne Crenshaw and Andrew Wilson #AZLB22-2166 were great. Very friendly, hard working and really went the extra mile for me. I am so happy with the finished work/product, it is a real pleasure to take a shower now. My home is very old, so this was a real upgrade to my bathroom. They also installed a new vanity/sink and faucet in my bathroom and it is working great and it looks fantastic. They ran into a couple of problems and handled it with good humor, experience and stick-to-it-iveness. Not a follow-through company lack of communication /no communication

I’m from NY and recently purchased a condo in Scottsdale to use in the winter. While doing some interior renovations I decided to replace all the windows & sliding doors. Lasting Impressions was recommended to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with the job that they performed. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out the product while Karen helped me through the ordering process. The entire job was seamless - they are a great team and I would highly recommend them!
