I recently had the pleasure of having TSM do my roof. We had a micro burst move a bunch of tiles and other damage. Not only did they come out and inspect it he worked with the insurance company and got it all done even when our insurance company was taking forever they were understanding. When our insurance company sent us the money The work was done right, done fast, and for a great price and a really nice experience. So would I recommend them, ? percent! It’s a nice thing when you can still find people that do what they say there going to do.

RENCO Roofing - Excellent Experience. The last several windstorms have done a number on my roof, lots of loose tiles and so some repairs needed to be made. I called several companies but of the ones I contacted, RENCO Roofing responded the quickest. Lars came out, explained the problems, outlined solutions and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repairs were completed quickly and very professionally.

I am a first time homebuyer and needed a new roof. I was searching for days and was getting a little tired especially with seeing so many bad reviews. I came a cross Brown Roofing and after talking to Jessie and having him come out to give me a quote I had a good feeling. I had appointments with other companies but Jessie was so informative and pleasant that it wasn’t a hard decision to make. Scheduling did take a long time but I think it was worth the wait. Being a first time homebuyer and not knowing much about repairs especially roofing can put you on edge when dealing with people and hoping you don’t get taken advantage of. Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

Can you please for the love teach your drivers how to park? It’s kinda hard to get into your car when you come out from the mall and with lots of bags and you can’t even get into your car. Mind you. I parked here first. Thank you!

Alex was absolutely amazing he did a wonderful job on my roof I highly recommend Phoenix roofing.

Manuel was extremely helpful during installation and was in constant contact with me during the install. The only issue is that the roofing permit took much longer than expected (1.5 months). I am not an experienced roofer but that seems like too long to get a permit. The work that was done and installation process was very good, but the prep work before the installation (permits and getting to the day of install) was sloppy.

I did a lot of research and this company was highly recommended. The site boss was always communicating throughout the roofing project. The roofers were helpful and did high quality work. Would highly recommend!

These people have the worst customer service. No one returns your calls. And if they do it’s a week later because someone is on vacation even though you called and left a few voice mails with other people. They came out made us a quote that was over $100 more then the company we ended up using. They are the ones that built the roof not even 3 years ago about 2 1/2 years and the roof from the storms ripped out roof apart. They say it’s an act of god they can’t control what the weather does. But why is it a brand new home and not only ours many others in same builder complex that also had same issues. That sounds more like workmanship then weather. The people the had on the roof when it was being built had no professional vehicles and could not sp aj English every time we checked on our home while being built. Stay away
