We had a great experience with American Epoxy Arizona! Xhesika came to the house with such an abundance of positive energy you can tell she loves what she does. She measured the garage, thoroughly explained the epoxy application process and explained what to expect (how long does installation take, when can you move items back in, when can cars be parked in garage, etc). We discussed the color options and Xhesika provided an estimate the same day. I had also called two other companies to provide estimates although once I met Xhesika I knew I wanted to go with AEA. She was proactive in coordinating a time that would work with my schedule and communicated several times as our installation date was approaching. She was so responsive. I felt like I was her most important customer. On installation day I met Adam. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very hard working. Due to a delay in another job the same day, our job started a bit later than expected. Adam worked efficiently all afternoon with Xhesika joining him later in the day and they both worked to nearly 8pm to get part 1 of our job complete. Adam came back the next morning with a few crew members to complete part 2 of our the job. Our 28 yr old garage floor looks amazing! Adam and Xhesika’s work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. I also love that this is a family business. UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

From the sales rep to the installation I had a great experience with Guardian Garage Floors. Jon Sigerud was the Regional Sales Manager that helped me with my decision. Out of all the garage floor contractors I worked with Jon was the most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with in the process. The installation contractors (Bryce and Jaden) were among the most professional workers I have ever worked with. They were on time, efficient with their time, and communicated throughout the entire process. They effectively answered any questions I had regarding the process and made sure I was aware of any timeline changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Would highly recommend this service not only because of the product but by the outstanding work ethic and professionalism of Jon, Bryce, and Jaden.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

I would give zero stars if possible. I am very disappointed with Slide-Lok I had my garage floor done 2 years ago using Side-Lok. Two weeks after the floor was replaced, rust started coming from beneath the surface in several places. Prior to their work, I never had rust on the cement floor; therefore it must have been something they did to prep the floor for their product. I suspect this rust came from the rebar, if this is true, they gave no warning and provide no guarantee to cover this. After months of calling and leaving messages they did try to repair the spots and then said there was nothing more they could do. A WARNING TO ANY ONE WITH REBAR IN THEIR CEMENT, IF THERE IS ANY MOISTURE IN THE GROUND IT COULD RUST AND COME TO THE TOP OF YOUR NEW FLOOR.
I was told to get a rug to cover the spots, it is not what I want to do after spending over $2,000.
