Had my roof replaced 5 years ago by Chad and team. I had called a few other roofers as there was some storm damage that needed to be repaired. Allstate and Chad worked with my insurance company adjuster to obtain authorization prior to starting the work, something none of the others offered to do. Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the existing tiles and all around did a fantastic job. I did spring for a little extra protection from the heavier grade underlayment which I am very happy to have done so for the minimal upgrade cost. We knew some places required wood replacement and all materials and costs were provided upfront for those repairs so no surprises.

The roof has held up great in 5 years and shows no signs of rework needed. Allstate started and finished the work as scheduled and with an amazing amount of quality put into every step. I was very happy to have dealt with the owner of the company rather than a standard salesman type from a larger outfit. I would highly recommend using Allstate and letting them show you their professionalism for any of your roofing needs. I would definitely use them again.

Craig and his team replaced the flat foam section of my roof in 2014 and did an A++ job, fast forward to 2018 and I was in the process of selling my home Craig came back out no questions asked at no charge to assist me with a completely different roofing issue because thats just the kind of guy he is. This is the kind of company you want to repair or replace your roof. Don't trust anyone else. Thank you again.

Ky-Ko puts on a good roof, workers are polite, and Owner's son is very polite and knowlegeable. I found their office to be a bit disorganized, and just an FYI, they automatically place everyone on a Preliminary Lien Service notice, which was an unpleasant surprise to us, since we were not disputing our bill, but apparently their protocol. If it weren't for that and the lack of warning of such notice, and the somewhat chaotic office staff, I would have given them a 5 star review. Be proactive and don't wait for them to get in touch - they'll send you the preliminary lien service document to file a lien on your property before you even get a final bill. I don't agree with this protocol personally.

We have not gotten our roof done at this time. However, we are scheduled to have it completed soon. However, Tucson Project Specialist, Dave Hinshaw was great. He was efficient and and professional at our initial meeting and the reason we chose to go with Lyons Roofing; after receiving quotes from tons of other roofing companies. I will update my experience following the roof repair.

I have read the reviews after I called for an estimate, if the negatives were honestly vented because of the inefficiency of america roofing I will call another contractor.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

Almeida Roofing is an excellent company. They came highly recommended from people we know who used them for their roof. They definitely lived up to the reputation that proceeded them. I was given a thorough, professional and free inspection immediately after request. An honest and straightforward estimate came from that. It covered all aspects of the job and was also economical. I subsequently accepted their quote and they went right to work. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction.
