Service Master showed up after we had a home flood on April 28, 2021 involving two bathrooms and our kitchen. The flood included the tile flooring up and downstairs, the shower tile, our kitchen cabinets and our ceramic countertops. The Service Master techs always arrived at the time we arranged. They were clearly competent, hard working, and very good at communicating with my husband and me, answering the many questions that we had, clearly and respectfully. They treated us like this had been their home that had been flooded. Later when the work had been completed and I called their Program Manager, Sandi, she spent nearly an hour answering detailed questions I had regarding our damages and repairs, making sure I had the same understanding as my insurance company. I rarely write reviews but when a company and its employees are so well managed I like to recognize them.

We could not be happier or more impressed with Arizona Fire and Water. They promised everything would look as if nothing had ever happened and the result of their work is that our kitchen which was flooded looks better than before. Dave Younan and his entire crew were fantastic.

A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. He was very professional and we were happy with how he cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend Jenkins Restorations!

9 out of 10 because of the delay in work between drywall work completion to the remainder of the tile and carpet work, which took nearly 2 months to progress. I understand the underlying issues on both sides. I am so pleased with my experience with Zona Restoration! Even from the start when I was searching for info about asbestos removal the manager Shane LaCour helped me understand and was there for me every step of the way. I had many different quotes from other local restoration companies and Zona was the only one who was respectful, honest, kind and quick. The team was quick and clean.
The Techs Noah, Eli, and Shane R did a fantastic job! My friends and family will be using them now for any popcorn ceiling removal jobs now.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
