Best Inspection Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I found out I had termites and called Bill's Pet Control they sent out a specialist right away to look at my situation. After a complete walk through and explanation of my issue.I setup to have the work done and when the technicians arrived they where on time and very professional. They explained everything they where going to do and an eta on completion. They made sure i knew what they where doing and what to look for to make sure my issue was resolved. They provided the details of my service and warranty. They also asked me to let them know if i had any questions or issue. I will always call Bill's if i ever need help with pests again as they where very professional and made sure i knew what needed to be down at a level i was able to understand with out making me seem like i didn't know what they where talking about.

Just brought my home and want to keep it bug free. They are affordable and the techs where amazing on explaining why and what they did.

My experience with ASAP Bee Removal was amazing! They were so nice and extremely professional and helpful! David even offered if the bees aren’t gone to let him know and he will come back ... they’re extremely affordable and nice! Thank you for everything you did today! Highly recommend this company!

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.
