My side of the story was a convoluted mess! But Chad & Veronica navigated through it most gracefully & graciously. I had contracted with them to replace the underlayment of my 24 yr. old tile roof in expectation of selling the house in the near future. I paid the deposit for materials & was waiting for the scheduled project, (meanwhile, there was 1 VERY messed up tile on my roof that they came & fixed while waiting for the final project) when at the last minute I sold my house in record time with a large buying firm. Chad agreed to refund me my deposit minus the restocking fee & a small fee for the 1 tile repair. Then......I learned that my new house needed roofing attention. I asked Chad to use some of that refund for the repairs on the new house, only to find out that the company I was buying from said they'd be fixing the roof. So, again, I was putting Chad off. He was so very gracious, communicative & understanding. I'm not sure I trust this large company to do the repairs to my satisfaction, so I intend to call Allstate Roofing once again! I KNOW Allstate does great work because I researched them diligently before ever contacting them in the first place.

I added a garage addition and needed the entire house roofed because of some storm damage on the existing portion of the house. Sheldon and Co. worked around my scheduling for inspections and got the job done before my new tenants arrived, all during the end of year holidays.

The crew was friendly, considerate, conscientious and clean, leaving a great roof and a clean yard as well.

Had an on-site quote for a full roof replacement. Sales rep said he would email me a quote. Quote never came. I called sales rep and spoke with him live once and left a voice mail once requesting the quote. Still no response and no white form the sales rep. Called the office to request the quote. They promised to reach out to rep and ensured I would receive the quote. No one ever called or sent the information. Unacceptable. Plenty of great companies out there but clearly no this one. Pass on this one for poor customer service and lack of response.

Brown Roofing showed up as scheduled. Their team was very professional. They were very efficient and cleaned up all around the house every night. I am glad I hired them to do my house and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Let me be clear about my prior post. I am less then 30 miles from them not 90 mins my wife works down town Phoenix so I am aware of the mileage to our home. Clearly the owner has been given miss information and could not return my phone call. Any company that can't service someone 30 miles from them without a trip fee of 150 bucks shows what type of business they really are. False advertising is a crime! Free estimates valley wide FALSE!! And make another false statement again about my distance from the shop. They are willing to LIE here don't let them work on your home. Find a company that doesn't need to lie and charge fake fees!

The great Monsoon of 2021 was too much for my rolled flat roof in Glendale, AZ. I enjoy waterfalls, but not in my living room. I contacted three roofing companies but elected to choose Lyon's Roofing as the company I would entrust with my business.

The estimator was professional and gave me several options to consider. I eventually decided on a foam roof as my best alternative. I watched a YouTube video that showed me the process that goes into a foam roof, which was very helpful to me.

Lyon's roofers arrived on time, and were very kind and very competent. Jeff the project manager patiently answered all of my questions and followed up with the crew. They worked very hard in hot summer conditions. Lyon's Roofing did a wonderful job. Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

Nothing but good experiences with Almeida Roofing. We had our 43 year old concrete tile roof completely replaced, including a lot of plywood and fascia boards (water damage). The quote was fair and reasonable. Almeida's crew did an amazing job, and were nice enough to paint the fascia boards as they were installing them, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were quick, courteous and communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any roof work done.

They came out and fixed the roof within a few days. Chris was awesome and the owner Alex was very kind and flexible on payments. I’ll definitely call them again if we need anything done. I highly recommend them.

I hired this company to replace a small 15x15 foot walk deck in December 2017. The project didn’t get completed until two month later. After completion it was obvious after the first rainfall that the slope of the floor was off and redirecting the water away from the drain causing dozens of gallons of standing water. . Keep in mind that this was never the original problem. At this point it became hard to get a hold of anyone in the company. Finally I got William to return my call. His reply to the problem was that standing water on my walk deck ( living space) was acceptable to code as long as it evaporated within a few days. That was not the case here, this water was planning on sitting here for weeks. I played by his rules and watched the water sit and sit and sit. I reached out to him a week later, finally he suggested a solution which was to cut a half inch ditch from a 3x8 foot space out of the floor to redirect the water. This part I don’t get because part of the original repare was to remove the old subfloor and replace it with new ply board but I thought oh well I’m sure they know what they are doing. Weeks later the crew showed up to work on the repair. They worked for a day or two then mysteriously abandoned the project. I waited about two weeks before I had to call the company and ask why they left the project exposed and abandoned. Several weeks went by before they would return and finally complete the repair. 6 months later when they finally “finish”and the final result looks awful... the epoxy was left with over a dozen 2 inch bubbles in the area of their patch up repair and the ditch they carved makes the area on the walk deck a tripping hazard. And guess what, The deck still holds water. I swore I would never do business with this company again or even want to deal with them until now. Last week with all the rainfall I have noticed my new walk deck by Patterson Roofing was leaking. The water has now entered my house and has caused damage all down my dining room wall. Now I’m left to repaint and deal with potential mold. I called and left a message for William four days ago and still have not gotten a call back. I feel like they have taken advantage of my patients and tolerance. I expect a call back and want the work redone. This is the last chance I give Patterson Roofing before it escalate this to the next level.

Very responsive, excellent quality of work, attention to detail, good communication, more than fair price, and completed in a short timeframe. I would definitely recommend this company, and use them for any future work.

They were completely professional from the first knock at the door by the project managers, Zach and Hayden, until the crew drove away after cleaning up! Zach and Hayden contacted and coordinated with our insurance company, taking care of all of the paperwork and details! It was completed in a day and a half. They were absolutely wonderful so my husband and I gave them a five star rating! Highly recommend!

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. We contacted Reimagine Roofing after the crazy monsoon storms this summer with a horrendous leak. They came out right away, managing to fit us in with all of the others experiencing storm damage. The tarped our roof to prevent further damage during the ongoing storms and even came back a couple of times to make sure that the tarp held up. We got estimates from several companies which were all relatively close in price. The service from Reimagine stood out by far, they are super responsive, answer all your questions and give you honest advice about repairs vs the cheapest/less effective solution. They offered to help work with our insurance company and gave us helpful information about solar options as well. We have referred them, (Eric) to our friends who immediately texted about how great their customer service is. The did a complete roof replacement for us and we are happy with the quality and value! Highly recommend them!

I've never worked for a better company and moved across country with this job. I love nothing more than seeing my clients happy to get a new roof for them and their families and only have to pay their insurance deductible.
